Looking back I found it ironically odd that these events happened with these specific teams out of all of the teams in the NHL.
Tampa Bay Lightning V Carolina Hurricanes in Tampa was postponed and rescheduled due to hurricane Milton
LA Kings V Calgary Flames in LA was postponed and rescheduled due to the LA fires.
Again if it was any other teams it wouldn't have mattered but the Canes delayed by a hurricane and the Flames delayed by a fire is too odd not to notice.

I can’t wait until Leafs vs. Mammoth is postponed because scientists at the Toronto Zoo clone woolly mammoths, who then escape captivity and run rampage on the city of Toronto.
