i think Mc Greer is really setting himself up gathering as much assets as he ha can right and then you that 26 27 season is where you really kind of start to to I would say consolidate your assets um see what you got after this season and then really consolidate and try to to start putting together especially if you feel like you have your core pieces in Misa and Celebrity and Smith and Dickinson and Ascrov and Eklland etc etc um and then you start making those playoff pushes and then you start tweaking the roster
The San Jose Sharks will be armed with a young core, a loaded prospect pool, and a massive amount of cap space as they head into the 2026-27 offseason.

I totally agree, as much as sharks fans don’t want to hear this I think this will be another rebuilding season. Next year will be the year they start to push the cards in. Musty, Igor, misa, and Dickinson will be ready to see nhl action. Probably will be in the running for Gavin. My guess is they roll the dice in terms of forwards with the kids in the system and use the cap space to really bolster the defense
