Describe the 2015 superbowl

  1. Vegas said NOPE! And Russel Wilson should’ve just called an audible to run and hand the ball off to Lynch. Some captain right? “We’ll get em next time”. Shit play call, obviously rigged.

  2. Wrong sub, the only memes allowed have to be anti chiefs of about superbowl 59

  3. Best Super Bowl ever. Brady gets back to the mountain top of 10 long years.

  4. I think people forgot just how awesome this game was. It was competitive and intense for the entire 60 minutes from the opening kick, to the final whistle.

  5. Launching 3 feet in the air from the sitting position when Jim Nantz said “picked off”.

  6. Back-to-back was not meant to be!! But hey- we won more recently than any whiner

  7. “You do not throw a pass at the goal line when you have Marshawn Lynch”

*proceeds to launch himself at the TV*

  8. As a broncos fan, we were pissed w whoever won that game. At least it was entertaining tho

  9. Sheer will and determination to win. Not a fan of Brady/Belichick, but they did have the will to win.

  10. One of the biggest WTF Super Bowl ads ever with the Nationwide dead kid.

I still remember people singing the jingle the following week: “Nationwide ‘cuz your kid diiiied.”

And of course the meme featuring that kid with the caption “I would have run it with Lynch, but I died.”

  11. Best football game I’ve ever watched. Excellent play by 2 great teams.

  12. First Super Bowl win I got to witness as a Patriots fan as I was 9 years old when the game happened

  13. An incredible game made even better when you understand the strategy both teams employed. This game had offense, defense, mid-game adjustments, unknown stars rise up, and a down-to-the-wire finish. It was so close before hand, that Vegas literally said pick a team to win (no spread) the week before the game.

Absolutely unbelievable game and easily a top 5 game of all time.

  14. The 2014-2015 playoffs had a crazy string of insane endings chained back-to-back.

Detroit lost against Dallas after a controversial no-call pass interference

Dallas lost against Green Bay after a controversial incomplete pass call

Green Bay lost against Seattle by a miraculous series of mishaps at the very end of the regulation and then lost in overtime without getting the ball

Then Seattle loses against New England with the Malcolm Butler interception

  15. From an unbiased perspective the most exciting super bowl I’ve ever seen.

  16. Whatever anyone eventually thinks about the playcall now, everyone at our SB party yelled “why?????”
