what’s going on guys this is Costy with Pic Dogs and I’m here with Jay Yang for another Yangle Report for Saturday jay welcome i hope you’re enjoying uh your weekend so far yeah hi Costi how’s your day um it is raining all day all day long no baseball in Asia today hope hope we have baseball actions uh there are no rain delays or cancellation today in the US yeah right now it’s actually uh been dry for one of the first weekends that I can remember this summer been a lot of rain in the US um over this last month you’ve been seeing obviously throughout the week a lot of cancellations a lot of postponements but that’s part of a the game that we play with baseball because it’s outside so it happens quite often but you know this is a huge long season and the cool thing is if you attack it a certain way which we’ve been breaking down in previous um video series there’s an opportunity every single day you just got to find it and and some days even if you have the best opportunity and the best information the game still won’t win and other days it’s the opposite you know you don’t think you have the best information so it’s it’s all about sticking to the whole process and that’s what we do that’s what you do and um let’s just get right into it let’s just get right into it and do the breakdown of the game um we wanted to uh we’re going to be breaking down Houston versus the Los Angeles Angels right now on the on the mounds as listed pitchers I have Brandon Walter and Jose Soraniano and you had a prediction and strategy in the play for everybody yes so Houston versus Angels uh Walter lefty versus Seraniano right-handed pitcher so Soraniano has been sharp lately but this is still a fade spot houston’s lineup hits well versus right-handed pitcher 561 win rate got hot in June approximately 0.25 betting average walter should hold up enough to get it to the bullpen considering his excellent whip 0.91 uh Astros have the edge in the late game arms overall momentum suraniano might rack up strikeouts but one mistake pitch could flip this uh lastly the line should be overrated because you know Angels won the series versus Yankees the Walter’s name value should be underrated because the Houston’s uh line movement so I think this is a perfect spot to pick Houston so I’m I’m packing and picking Houston’s money line on this matchup well uh there you have it right now we have it as minus 110 as the current line on this game obviously the line may change um but remember always have the listed pitchers as we said it’s has to be Walter and Soraniano for the prediction as how we go into every single game we always for our bets we always list pitchers so if a pitching change that means our bets get cancelled so just make sure you have listed pitchers if you decide to play our games complimentary now this is a righty versus lefty matchup um kind of want to hear your thoughts about it is that something that you take into consideration does it have a lot of value um because it’s righty versus lefty oh yeah so you know I I just reflect this to uh you know this game so Houston hits well versus righty but they hit better with left-handed pitchers uh Angels hits worse versus lefty and better with right-handed pitcher so this means Houston has the edge here the starter starting pitcher from first inning to sixth innings houston has the advantage so if if you see the the the the relievers the Houston’s bullpen they have the four right-handed pitchers and one lefty uh Angels they have the major ones uh three right-handed pitchers two lefty so this means the Angels has the edge in late innings so Houston is likely lead until the sixth inning the overall bullpen is better so I’m taking a risk of Angels hitting better with uh Houston’s right-handed pitcher bullpen so you know this is just I I this is just one of the thought processes that when pick when picking a game just wanted to share part of my handicapping processes to my viewers so this uh can help uh your study and uh handicapping your own game great explanation coming from a professor that’s the only way you can get a great explanation like this where it gives you guys some insight of how to do it yourself doesn’t mean you have to do it yourself um but it’s part of it this is what we do we educate as well as give you a free pick now if you guys want to pick Jay
