Fan tried to catch a Shohei Ohtani Home Run Ball 😭

on the left otani launches left center field this ball is at the wall did that go off of a fan it’s in play and rushing is racing around from first to score [Applause] well is looking out there not sure exactly what happened at the wall but the Dodgers have a dozen at least feel like it just bounced off the left fieldielder’s glove not really a great route not sure he knew where the fence was oh no that’s a that’s a fan saw it off of somebody’s glove and the second time that’s happened today for a possible home run that fan had an Otani jersey on too huh that’s going to keep him up at night can’t make that got to keep that clean right you got to catch that i mean the anxiety that ball coming and all the thoughts going through your head oh no dad oh that’s No oh no oh no when When the Yeah and parents you know that when It’s okay it’s going to be a home run it’s okay after review the call is overturned it is a home run second crew chief review to confirm a home run at the wall in left field [Applause] [Music] today’s starting pitcher has a triple a home run and five RBI’s [Music] thank you very much

  3. According to Japanese news media who interviewed them. Dad (Japanese) was worried to sabotage incase it would affect the outcome so he was careful and the ball hit his hand and bounced out. The 7-year old boy wasn’t crying because dad missed the ball but because it hit dad’s hand and it was painful so he cried coz he felt sorry for his dad….😆🥰🥰

  23. Kid doesn’t understand that his dad picked those exact seats as if he knew Ohtani would hit to him. His glove though is from Walmart in kids size made of shiny vinyl.😬

  30. Looks like the kid father flubbed it. The poor kid was devastated by it. I'm sure if Shohei saw what happened, he'd make sure the boy got a ball from him. That's just the kind of person he is. And we'll probably never know about it from him. Just all class.
