what’s going on guys this is Costy with Pic Dogs we’re here for another Yang Angle um here with Jay jay how you doing today hey Costy how are you oh another day another day of ba day of baseball capping we should embrace this baseball season so let’s just get into my review of analyzed and systemized complimentary pick i’m ready to go let’s do it man let’s get right into it for you guys is we’re going to be breaking down the Arizona Diamondbacks traveling to Canada to face off against the Toronto Blue Jays the current listed pitchers at the time of this recording is Nelson against Gosman so Jay why don’t you give us a prediction and strategy on this play yes so Toronto versus Arizona uh Nelson versus Gman so Gman has been putting together solid outings and showing better command with the whip just over 1.00 he faces a Arizona lineup that has cooled off and struggles versus elite right-handers i mean they do hit better with left-handed pitchers but not right-handers on the other side Nelson has been reliable but we have seen him giving seven six to seven runs to Cincinnati recently uh we could I mean I I think I believe he could be exposed to multiple hits here so I think in my opinion Blue Jays has the edge in starting pitching bullpen depth and they have the home field advantage and as everyone knows Toronto plays better at home so if Gossman limits early damage I think the Jays should control the rest of the game i will take the Toronto to win this matchup all right here you have it guys takes Toronto on the money line make sure the pitchers are listed nelson and Gauzeman with this bet make sure those two pitchers are listed now we have been taking Gauzeman a few times um in a row this year um it actually on this video series I have remembered us taking Gauman as well um when you start liking a certain pitcher and you’re starting to see reliability with him a few starts in a row does that add an extra value of confidence for you to go keep going with him or do you think there might be a correction because no pitcher wins consistently over and over and over so it kind of like comes down and there’s going to be a correction yeah again this is a very interesting question i think so if you win a game with a certain player you want to pick that player again I believe everyone is in the same boat um as you as you know I’m a combination of situational and statistical handicappers so that means I don’t always follow numbers in some instances when a player I played made me win like three four five straight times I analyze the trend of it and I try to find the situational edge to keep the winning going with that player again this is not just picking a game after five straight wins this is a pick where I found the edge to bet on that play player again so this game as well I applied situational analytics to find the edge um so hope this helps everyone you know I’m here to help well there you have it guys just because there’s a player doesn’t mean you autob them considering we’re talking about starting pitchers here doesn’t mean you autob bet them but if you have a feeling regarding a certain pitcher in certain situations like Jay has then you do go with the flow and you consistently ride him as we’ve done and been very successful with him throughout this season still a long season um a lot of the stuff that we talk about is not just um repetitive in terms of we don’t just do the same things over and over we we make corrections we make adjustments the systems are not just blanketed with one sort of formula that is being used we’re constantly tweaking it well Jay’s constantly tweaking it we’ve talked about it in recent uh video series um in recent weeks how there is some tweaks and some manual updating that happens throughout the season so I think this is a a really good uh question uh I was actually intrigued of of how much emphasis you put into following a guy that’s been making you money
