so could the Phoenix Suns be trading away Jaylen Green to the Detroit Pistons this 2025 NBA off season well here on the screen is a trade proposal or a trade idea from fadeawayworld.net the link to this article is down below in case you want to go ahead and check it out for yourself but this trade would see the Detroit Pistons receiving Jaylen Green and the Phoenix Suns receiving Isaiah Stewart Ron Holland the 37th overall draft pick a 2027 first round draft pick and a 2031 first round draft pick so my immediate thoughts are is that this is actually a pretty solid trade for both teams for different reasons now from the Suns perspective they’re getting back two players in the form of Isaiah Stewart and Ron Holland that objectively speaking just aren’t anywhere as close to as good as Jaylen Green but what this actually does is it allows them to acquire some more draft capital uh they would get a 37th overall draft pick this year and a pretty deep draft so if they hit on that that could be a steal for them uh getting back a first round draft pick in 2027 and 2031 is pretty solid but the way this team’s heading in Detroit they’re going to probably be pretty good for that uh for that stretch of time so truthfully speaking for Jaylen Green a bit of an underwhelming package in my personal opinion now uh from the Pistons perspective this is an awesome move for them like if they’re able to acquire a superstar player I believe around the age of like 23 or 24 if I’m not mistaken he can play alongside Kate Cunningham for the foreseeable future this is a one-two punch that can do absolute damage uh with some other players like Jaden Ivy you know um Thompson etc this could be a really fun team to watch not only for next year but for the foreseeable future as well in Detroit so I understand how the Suns might want to flip Jaylen Green and get back multiple assets but in this situation the draft Capitals doesn’t carry that much value in my opinion so for those reasons I think the winner without a doubt would be the Detroit Pistons in this Jaylen Green trade but as always leave your thoughts
