He was the one they finally extended for a decent period. I remember he was hurt for a while but also it was just kind of a bummer that keeping one player didn’t magically fix everything lol
All Star selection is a first half award. I seem to remember him being a bit of a slow starter.
From 2008-2010 I use to hate watching him strike out flailing at breaking balls off the plate.
If he wasn’t a fragile glass doll that was constantly injured… might have had quite a career
