[Gross]: Isles say they are not extending qualifying offers to defensemen Scott Perunovich, Samuel Bolduc and Aidan Fulp, who become UFAs. All of the Isles other RFAs received QOs.
As a die hard isles fan and someone who follows the prospect pool relatively closely, who the hell is Aidan fulp??
Bolduc kinda sucked.
Surprised about Preunovich but there was just never going to be room for him. In retrospect, a very puzzling move by Lou in the first place.
Bolduc was terrible from day 1 sadly. There was nothing there
No enough battle level out of these guys.
No huge loss with any to be honest
I honestly feel bad for Bolduc. Lou made a bonehead move keeping him up with the big club instead of allowing him to play and further develop in the AHL. It made him have to clear waivers and we probably would have lost him. Not that he played great per se, but maybe he could have been something more instead of spending time watching the team play from the pressbox. Another lou blunder it’s too late to salvage.
If Bolduc can’t find work they could sign him to league minimum two way deal a few days after the dust settles
Not a fan of dropping Perunovich here. I really liked what he showed us last year and he got sent to the shadow realm over one bad game against the Rangers. Not the end of the world but I think he has talent.
