And it’s going to start here when we make our trip to T-Mobile Park for this one between the Seattle Mariners and the Kansas City Royals. And the Kansas City Royals sending out Noah Cameron for the start in this one. While the Mariners will counter with Logan Gilbert and Cameron last time out at home, five runs allowed on three hits, a pair of home runs, gave up three walks as well. Over four innings of work against the Los Angeles Dodgers. And so far this season, Cameron’s Cameron’s real only issues have come against some of the elite teams in baseball like the Dodgers and the Yankees. and they came at home. He’s been pitching pretty well on the road, though. So, this is going to be a bit of an interesting spot in a very pitcher friendly ballpark at T-Mobile. But, you’re going against a Mariners lineup that’s backhitting well right now. I mean, they’ve been, you know, doing really good, you know, work right now against left-handed pitching. They have a winning record against team starting left-handed pitchers this season at 12 and 10. You know, they’re great at home, 21 and 19. And they’ve been hitting lefties well over the last two weeks. You know, this is a Seattle lineup that’s just outside the top 10 in team OPS against lefties. Their batting average is is at 273. That’s top 10. And you know, the isolated power numbers are solid as well. Top 10 as well. So, I think that this is a great spot for the Seattle Mariters. Maybe get to know a Cameron, rough him up on the road for the first time in his major league career. On the other side, you got Logan Gilbert who is coming off a back-to-back starts where he’s given up four runs in five, five and a third innings of work. He’s given up a combined four home runs in those starts. But keep in mind, both those starts were on the road. and Logan Gilbert, you know, for much of this season has been much better at home. A 2.35 erra at home this season across six starts. A 131 opponent’s batting average. That is not a number that you want to see if you’re a Kansas City Royals team that at the best of times this season has had issues hitting that three-run mark. We’ve talked about it on our morning show. We’ve talked about it in the videos that I’ve done where I’ve covered the Kansas City Royals. The Royals are one of those teams that are one of the highest teams in baseball in terms of a total of their games where they’ve scored three runs or less. In the last two weeks against right-handed pitching, the Royals are hitting just 219. That’s bottom five in baseball. Their team OPS numbers are bottom five. Their isolated power numbers are bottom 10. So, I just don’t trust the Royals in this spot. I think Noah Cameron just not going to get the run support. And I think this is a good spot for Logan Gilbert to uh to really put forth a strong outing here. So, I’m going to roll with the Mariners in this one. Whether it’s on the money line or run line, it’s your call. But it’s a hefty price on the money line. That’s the only reason why I’m saying that.
