There’s a buzz in the building tonight. There’s an energy, there’s a nervousness and anxiety because the anticipation everybody is here for one reason. It’s the opportunity to watch. His ninth start of the season trying for five straight wins, trying to lead the Dodgers to seven straight series wins trying for history, three strikeouts away from becoming the 20th pitcher all time to record at least 3000 strikeouts. He would be the fourth left hander ever from a 19 year old to a 37 year old is three strikeouts away from 3000. We have watched him grow up, we have watched him mature. We have watched him dominate from the very, very beginning and that domination has been spelled K for Kershaw slater has faced Kershaw a bunch seven for 27 with a double and three home runs down the line to right field and that’s a fair ball. Slater continues to have a good career against Kershaw and it’ll scoot away from Slater will end up at third with one out here in this first inning.
