I’m in a lazy river at a baseball game. Only in Texas can you be in a lazy river at a baseball game. We went to Texas Rangers doubleA affiliate, the Frisco Ruff Riders to check out their one-of-a-kind Lazy River just beyond the right field fence. For a mere $25, fans can get access to the lazy river on Thursdays and Sundays with Thursdays being reserved for fans 21 and over. for Twisted Tea Rowdy at the River Night, which features $2 drinks until 8:00 p.m. Yeah, $2 drinks. We started off the day floating around the river and getting a splash ball.
Oi. Let’s go. And of course, showing a little love to the BP Shaggers and the non-existent umpire. Hey, we’re doing great, fellas. Keep it up. To strike, Blue Strike. The pool got packed around first pitch with people soaking up the sun, getting free gear, and of course, enjoying the game. We also learned randomly that NBA champion Dirk Nitzky was the first person ever to swim in the lazy river. Random. So, if you want to enjoy this lazy river like myself and Dirk Nitzky and watch some baseball, get out to Riders Field in Frisco,
