Visited the Yakyu Inari shrine in Higashimatsuyama, Saitama. It has a baseball theme cause the name “Yakyu” also means baseball, a play on words. Higashimatsuyama is Lars’ mom’s hometown. So they made a manhole cover for him. It’s pretty common in Japan to have decorated manhole covers for different celebrities or special things.
