Why Just Replacing Dustin Schwartz Won’t Fix the Oilers!
The orders to me, if they just replace Dustin Schwarz, I think they’re failing their organization. I really do. I think the Edmonton or need to get on par with other franchises around the NHL where they have a goalie department. You have a head like Bill Ranford in LA. You have LA in the Rangers. There’s 14 teams around the NHL that have like a goalie department because right now you had you had Dustin Schwarz and one other goalie coach. That’s it. And it’s unfair to expect your head your NHL head coach to work with your AHL guys. When’s he going to do it? Right? If if you have a goalie department, he oversees things. Then you have your NHL goalie coach and your AHL goalie coach and you sometimes in some cases they have four four people and and you have the head and he oversees everything and you get a philosophy and I think now more than ever is the time for the orders to do

Finally someone gets it! This is how you deal with the goalies. You deal with them completely separate from the others. Thank you Jason I've been saying this for years
