It’s a work in progress. So, um, the cord I had is very small. It’s like it’s barely 8 in. So, it like just barely reaches from the laptop to where I’ve got the stand. So, I ordered a three-foot cord so that I can um put the camera in a little bit of a better position and it won’t because right now I have to look at the camera instead of looking at the chat. So, we’ll work on that. But the uh the picture should be better. The picture should be better. I don’t know. You guys let me know how’s the picture. How’s the picture? How’s the sound? because it wouldn’t let me use it wouldn’t let me use my uh it wouldn’t let me use my normal Yeti microphone with it and I did a sound test with this so how does it compare Vincent I’m always late if I’m if I’m early you guys are worried what’s going wrong JC 8 ines is nothing that’s true that is true Simon how you doing, buddy? Now that they had the experience last year of kind of easing off at a certain time, they may try to ease off a little bit too soon. And if Kachchuck’s going to be on LTI the whole season, then maybe they can just give Samvich’s bridge deal now. Now, I could pay an extra 50 bucks a month from Streamyard or something like that. However much it is to to be able to stream in the 4K, right? How many hockey hats and hockey shirts or short shirts do I have? Well, I’ve got all the hats for every Eastern Conference team. I’ve probably got, let me see, Washington. I’ve probably got about a half dozen to maybe eight other Eastern Conference jerseys and I probably got about a half dozen Western Conference jerseys, but all of that was sent to me by fans of the channel mostly. Um, the only jerseys I’ve bought myself are the red and the white old Panthers jerseys. I’m on strike buying my own jersey until Kyle gets me my forging reverse retro. Who’s moving next week or next year? JC says it would be crazy if Emonson trades McDavid, gets a crazy return, and then they win the cup within a year or two. So Toronto Toronto did try to do it, but when you give a guy a no move clause, you know, and I guess Martyr just didn’t want to deal with having to go to Carolina as well. Yeah. Samoskevich would have been there. So, in in in some ways, I I I understand that. But, you know, I think we all kind of had a sense that that might happen, right? I think we all Nobody was shocked was disappointed, but I don’t think anybody was shocked when Maurice did that. Michael says, “Freeman said, “Don’t expect Rodriguez to leave.” That would Yeah, that would be I mean it seems like the most obvious solution in the world to just have Kachchuck have the surgery later on in the summer, miss the entire regular season and then nobody has to move anywhere. I mean, why not use it’s the last year of the LTIR? It’s there for a reason. Won’t that piss off people? Because not only not only not only would that allow us to keep Rodriguez in Bowquist, but understand that if we did that, we would have money to burn at the trade deadline in case somebody got hurt. We absolutely would be able to go replace anybody if they got hurt. If for some reason Maurice felt like Samvich still wasn’t ready, we could go get a viable, you know, top player to play up there next to Bennett and Kachchuck because we would still have, you know, Chuck’s nine and a half or three and we could still have six million in cab space to play with at the deadline to fix whatever problem. So, Vegas might be a long shot. And of course, McDavid can block any trade anyway. And that’s the bigger thing is like he don’t have to go. I’m assuming he’s got a no move clause, right? I mean, I don’t even I shouldn’t even have to look that up. The assumption should be he can’t he can’t be moved unless he gives permission. Yeah. Uhhuh. Merl on spitting tickets heard he said he heard McD was going to a team that started with a T and it wasn’t Toronto. Yeah. So Tampa, huh? I mean that’s entirely possible. It makes sense. Tampa would probably have the assets to do it and Edmonton would gladly trade him to Tampa because that would put a hurt on the Panthers possibly, right? I mean, even though it’s a rumor, at least that one that one sounds a little bit viable. Colin, I think the classic fin game is going to be Wednesday. It’s gonna be Wednesday. It’s gonna be Wednesday night. Yeah, that that’s that’s what we’re going for. Real says, “I’d like to see Nashville or San Jose win a cup once all our all our guys are old.” Yeah, for Nick for Twisted Wrista. San Jose. San Jose is a while off. Scotty says no contender will be able to absorb his cap hit either. Tampa is not well temp would have it would just depend on what Edmonton would take. You know what I mean? Um, like let’s look at what Tampa’s. So, right now they got $1,100 $1,200 in cap space, right, guys? that they could move without I mean the only guy that doesn’t have a no trade clause for this year is Hegel. Um Cutro has a 10 team no trade list. So if Edmonton’s not on that list, you could actually move Coov, but then you’d be moving what? Cut off and Hegel and and whatever else. So if you if you leave if you lose Cutro and Hegel and Ad McDavid, you know, you kind of blow up the team to do it. You could do it with Hegel. I think Borgstrand has a 10 team no trade list. Hegel and Boris Jam would be 11 12 million. He’d still need to send out some other money defensively. Um Moser’s got 3.4 and he can’t be move or he can be moved. But then you’re talking about Edmonton taking Moser, Borgstra, and Hegel for McDavid. Uh, I don’t know. I don’t know. And and and what five firsts, you know what I mean? Like, how you’d have to how do you make that deal go? Of course, you’d only have to make it work for the for the season, but if you’re signing him to an extension, you’d still have to move other guys. Neil says, “I’m convinced Boston is clearing space for the opportunity to get McDavid, it’s possibility, but when you look at the Eastern Conference, if you look if you if if you think, well, which teams are a McDavid away from winning a cup while also counting the players players that they would have to lose to get McDavid. Like if McDavid meant an instant cup, they would have done it already. You know, Craig says if they trade McDavid, you’d be able to see the burning jerseys from space in Edmonton, right? Move, man. That’s why would we want to do that? trade trade three of the guys that make us re Why would we want to do that? Exactly, David. Oh, I think we got I think we got lightning coming here. Dave says, “I can see my goofer in New York, Boston to Toronto. Won’t matter if the Cats stay together, though.” Yeah, I’ve heard the Rangers thing, but you know, Edmonton has all the cards, but then again, so does McDavid. McDavid, I’m going to assume I’m going to assume that that he has a full no move clause. I’m I’m just going to assume that. So yeah, he’s he’s got a full He didn’t for a few years. for the first three years he didn’t. Now he has a full no move clause. So there’s there’s not if he don’t want to go where they tried to trade him, he don’t have to go. You know what I mean? He doesn’t have to go. Or at least he doesn’t he doesn’t have to sign the contract. You know what I mean? like you know he has all the power in the world. Fly guy says Montreal could be a headache this year. They could. They’re getting I don’t know if this year is going to be the year that they surpass Florida, Toronto, Tampa. It could be could get close there, right? But after this year, if they get a different goalie, if they went out there and got somebody and continue to add pieces the way they are, Montreal is going to be a pain in the ass. Hungry says, “In my opinion, which team is setting itself up better for the future, Chicago, San Jose, or Anaheim?” It’s a good question. Uh, the Ducks have been doing pretty good. The Ducks have been pretty doing pretty good. I mean, Chicago, if they can do it right, they’ve got the goalie now, right? But I don’t know, you know, I mean, you got Bard and, you know, nobody else really with them. Anaheim has been putting pieces. I think Anaheim is closer to putting together a consistently decent team. I think Chicago considering now that they got Knight might be the team that’s might take him a little bit longer, but if they can continue to build, if they can keep Spencer Knight, they might be the most viable long term. And then San Jose to me is kind of in the middle there. Dave says Chucky might just be healing up then getting the surgery. Yeah, I kind of thought the same thing a little bit there, David. And it would make sense. It It would make sense, right? just wait until some point in August, maybe even early September, and be like, “Well, he had to heal before the surgery. He won’t be back until the playoffs.” And I know it’s going to make people mad mad, but you know, never underestimate. Now, this is a completely madeup conspiracy that I just made up right now. But remember, Bill Zento was part of the management team of Team America, Team USA. And so Chucky gets hurt. They’ve seen the MRIs. They know what the situation is. They could have hatched the plan at that point to say, “Well, you know, go ahead and let Kachchuck play in the last game.” They might have even thought at that point that he needed surgery for sure anyway already. That would be my best guess. And I think when we went out and got Seth Jones and and Marian and everything went down, I think from the time that Kachchuck got hurt and the fact that Zto was there with him, I think maybe the plan all along from that moment on was Kachchuck missing the next season on LTIR once they knew the injury and governing ourselves accordingly and going and getting guys that we would have not been able to get otherwise. That and of course the ECLAD suspension says the only thing that gives me pause with San Jose is their pension to collect bad contracts like their Infinity Stones. Ain’t that the truth? Ain’t that the truth? James, hockey Reddit is is a trip, man. Like, hockey Reddit’s a trip. Kachchuck’s going to go on LTIR and then they’re not over the cap. It just, you know what I mean? It is what it is. I think those people know it. I mean, I guess they’re going to be disappointed that Panthers are going to do that. But at least until some point in the season if Kachchuck comes back or not. I think that’s that’s the plan right now. Fly says I think they’re going to have to trade McDavid if they go in this year with Skinner and Picard and that I mean he may want to go right but it looks like that’s what they’re doing. that Rosado that way. Cutout and McDavid can choke together in the same the same first round. Fly says, “Can you imagine if McDavid finished his year with Edmonton and then just signed with Florida after this season for Peanuts to try to get a cup? Where would we put him?” I guess we’re going to block Samvich again. Nobody gets more than Barkoff Connor. So, you got to take eight by nine. We can give you nine million. Oh, I mean, let’s let’s just make it completely up, right? So Bob extends and says, “I want to keep winning cups.” So Babroski takes a two-year extension at a million dollar per giving the Panthers the money to to to go get McDavid. Oh. Oh, I just want to watch that movie, right? James says, “John Cooper bought the or brought the Four Nations Cup to Calgary Mo Music Festival. He wants another cup.” Yeah. I’m sure he does, right? Once you win. Yeah. You rather get Brady. Yeah. Little J says Tampa ain’t doing [ __ ] They had their runs. If Florida wasn’t so good, they could still compete though in the Eastern Conference in my opinion. You know what I mean? One of the Bill Zto skits returning. Uh, not tomorrow. Yeah, they’re quietly building a squad over there. No doubt. No doubt if they if they get the right goalie, the energy that that team has at some point’s going to be a problem. Lil Jay, we’ll see. I mean, it’s going to be his decision. Yeah, David’s got a good point. says Chucky can easily sit out the Olympics, heal up, and let his brother have his moment since he ain’t getting the cup unless he somehow comes here. And Nemeck with the other good point is Chucky doesn’t have to be out for the season. Hockey is violent. Someone else will get hurt and go on LTI. And that’s kind of been my joke, right? Is that like two weeks before Chucky comes back, Eklad will twist an ankle, you know, Marian have a sore rib. Like they I mean they could do that. I think the reason why I keep saying Kachchuck just being out the whole season is because everybody already knows the dude is hurt. You know what I mean? So if somebody conveniently gets hurt before Kachchuck comes back and we don’t have to move Rodriguez, then people are going to kind of, you know, whisper a bit much. David Fly guy says, “Someone comments in one of my posts the other day that Florida couldn’t put Chucky on LTI to clear the cab space at the beginning of the year. He said that he had to be compliant before adding Chucky to LTIR. He’s already on LTIR.” I I I don’t think that that’s accurate. If you look at if you look at um Pugpedia, he’s already on LTIR. Oh, I I would hope Marian doesn’t go. Marian needs the rest. They all need the rest. David says, “I’d rather keep Rod.” Yeah, exactly. People saying Cooper and Maurice are friends are wrong. Cooper was talking trash about Maurice at the Calgary Stampede Festival. I didn’t hear that. Huh? Yeah. Dor is friends with Maurice. Yeah. Yeah. Rio. Now that I’ll agree with, right?
