Ground ball to shortstop. Jav go to town. Jav got his man. You could see it coming. That’s he’ll backhand slide turn and throw the ball real hard. Can’t teach that one, Jason. I mean, this is why this guy has been a very, very good baseball player for a lot of years in the MLB. There’s a fly ball into right field. Shallow long runstroke drafting and he’s going to dive and make the catch right on the warning track. had to go into that feet first slide. Good defense there by Willie Castro. Boy, if that gets by Willie the way Crow Armstrong can run, he probably ends up at third base. Danny, that’s a heck of a play. It’s lined into center field and coming on McNeel to make the sliding catch. Beautifully done by Jeff Mcneel to take a base hit away from Stallings for the first out. off the bat. Thought for sure that was going to be a hit, but McNeel play a terrific play. The two- two pitch swung on a hit in the air. A little hollow shallow left. Kareah out. Bader in. It’s Bader with a sliding grab and a one, two, three inning for the Twins. And O’Neal hits a ground ball to third. Mauricio steps and fires. And a stretch by Alonzo. He stayed on the bed. Double play side retired. Oh, that young man can play. Mauricio took it to the bag. His throw was a little bit wide, but Alonzo stayed on the bag. Swing and a popup in the air. Left field. Kemp coming in and towards the line. Going to be a tough play. Lays out, makes the catch. Belly flop dive and a slide for Otto Kemp. And tested really for the first time, I think, that he has to leave his feet out in left field. He’s able to come up with a catch. That one on the ground and backhanded by Short. Long throw. Oh, money. Zack Short from deep. Short making a defensive sparkling play. That is a beautiful play going to his right hand side. This is a great play by Short to right field. Struck well. Tatis going back at the wall. He leaps and he makes the catch in right. Fernando brings it down. Fernando up into the air. Two down. And this ball lifted to left. Jameswood. No problem. You don’t have to leap when you’re 67 to pull one back to center field. Back goes Jackson Merrill at the wall. He leaps. Merryill got it again. Jackson Merrill Merrill Madness brings it back in the yard. Time of the late brings it back. Jackson says no.
