John Marant is your one max contract guy. He’s the young face of Nike again. He is all of these things. It is time to play basketball and to be the star that you are paid and perceived to be. If he does that, the Grizzlies are going to be a playoff team. I truly believe that. If John Mar is a MVP candidate, they’ll be a top four seed because I believe in John Marant that much and I believe in what Jiren Jackson Jr. has become that much and the vision of building around those two guys. I’m in. Could the Grizzlies be a four seed if everything goes right? Yeah.

  1. LOL, stop it! Ja's been in the league for like 6 years? Only plays about 50-60 games and every year gets injured in the playoffs cause he tries to dunk. Lets face it Ja's is injury prone. What makes a super star, is not getting injuries. I'll tell you a little secret. Ja morant, just stop going for the acrobatic dunks. Do the simple dunks and layouts and this will give 70 games per season. The guy doesn't learn. I've watched NBA for 40 years. Being able to adjust your game is important if you want to have longevity. Go ask all the old heads.

  2. Unfortunately, as of today the biggest huddle for Ja is these refs not properly blowing the whistle when he is fouled. It affects Ja the most one because of his size and two because of Ja’s outside shooting. The outside shooting is on Ja, his size he can’t control. I can agree other players have the same issue but that does not excuse the refs from not making the proper foul call. An example of proper is calling fouls when Ja gets the same or worse contact as SGA(I’m saying most of SGA foul calls are legit).. it is blatant that is not happening consistently.

He would’ve been that star if the NBA will stop playing FBI /slave master Bro let these grown men beat themselves just because they’re getting paid to play basketball, doesn’t mean they have to be white washed. Let them play basketball and they’re off time live their life like what the hell the boy did nothing illegal nothing on a federal level or a local level so why did the MBA demonize him in the way that they did being an asshole?
