I really do commend Kochanowicz for continuing to take the punches for this team. But, I beg of you Angels, and more specifically Perry, please fork over the goods for a sub 4.00 ERA RHP so I don’t have to watch Kochanowicz get shelled every time he steps on the mound.
It’s basically a given that he is going to give up 5 runs in the first 3 innings at this point and I genuinely feel bad for the guy. I really feel like he would be a good starting RHP if he could command the ball better and pitch less cautiously, both of which could be developed in AAA.
