  1. I don’t even care about the result as much tbh. Just happy we saw more offense today in pretty much just one inning than we had in this whole skid combined, so I’ll take that. Obviously losing to the Giants sucks but I’m just real glad the offense remembered what they *COULD* be even if it was one game. Still think a new bat or a change of some sort would benefit this lineup a good bit.

Now for May, I’m worried about his future on this team. His mental might be the worst I’ve seen in a pitcher, if he lets somebody on base he crumbles so fast it’s concerning. Not exactly what you want in a bullpen piece, but I’m willing to give him a shot there just to see.

  2. When the offense shows up, the pitching has a meltdown, what are the odds? I’d say I’m not surprised

  3. Maybe May shouldn’t have given up 7 fucking runs, I dunno tho

  4. I should be much more upset about 7 losses in a row, but I’m glad to finally see some movement from the offense.

  5. They scored 7 in a Logan Webb start and lost. It’s time to cut the cord on May as a starter. He’s the perfect guy to piggy back Ohtani

  6. Dodgers swinging on the first pitch challenge: IMPOSSIBLE

The loss hurts but there was a lot more spark out of the offense tonight. At least that’s something.

  7. Doval just threw 4 straight balls to Freddie, none of them were even close. Why in gods name are you swinging first pitch there?

  8. Maybe it just me, but I’m not as mad about the loss like the previous ones.. only because offense actually showed fight. Maybe tomorrow and Sunday with the better pitchers starting, they’ll take the series. Last series against them, we lost game one and took the next 2.

  9. If they are gonna lose, at least the Dodgers lost putting up a huge fight. So that’s great. Signs of friggin life. Hopefully they win the next two, especially the last game on Sunday.

  10. The Team finally has a pulse which is encouraging. A healthy Teo gets to that one ball early in the game that went for runs. He will be better post ASB. I really want to see May moved to the bullpen as soon as practical. That way if he has his good stuff you let him pitch 2 to 3 innings if he doesn’t you yank him after 3 batters and haven’t killed your bullpen. We need to win just one to keep our 4 game lead. Win 2 and go to ASB up 6. Finally a glimmer of light. Stay positive.
