Vientos a lot last year went up the middle and to right… lost a little of that this year for whatever reason. Hopefully he can get it back
Maybe the bright side of the Winker and Marte injuries is that Mark will get a chance to play everyday and find his stride. He’s always struggled to get into a rhythm as a part-time/platoon player.

I was watching on the Royals broadcast and just before Mark took the time out you can hear a fan scream “Swing the bat! You can’t get a hit if you don’t swing the bat!” Mark proceeds to swing the bat at the next opportunity. Success.
