D-backs vs. Angels Game Highlights (7/12/25) | MLB Highlights
The Angels. You Kuchi who has just three wins in 19 starts. It’s his first season here with the Angels, but he is an all star this year mostly with a high strikeout total and that 3.02 earned run Marte in the leadoff spot pitch swinging right up the middle. The second baseman has it one pitch one out for Kikuchi Carroll left on left. Has the ground ball working quickly. Here is gurriel, the fly ball to right center field hit pretty well. So is going after it. So is Adle it’s so on the track to make the to run it down 123 in the first for Capucci Hander Zack Gallen out there. He’s pitched very well in his last two starts wins over the Giants of the Padres. Zack de their outstanding shortstop gets it started. He rips the first pitch to start. This one. Jumped on a high fastball so good on four fastballs upstairs fastball misses. Look at a bat by Trout, another walk to the Angels two in the inning and no one out and Taylor Ward the Angels top RB I man will be the next batter. Now ward with a bouncer to short pa has it fires to second one. The first two gets the RB I and a fielder’s choice. Joe Adell had his 21 game on base streak come to an end yesterday and start a new one today. He’s got a chance here first and third. Looking at a fastball right there looking for something else. Gallen has got the fastball work. Johan Marcato cranks it up in the air to left. Goel is under it and a good job by zack Galen. Bases loaded. Nobody out. Only one run comes home Suarez 29 homers. 75 knocked in now one home run shy of consecutive 30 homer season high fly ball to center joe Adell to the wall and this one is, there’s 30 for Suarez his second consecutive 30 home run season and the Diamondbacks have tied it up. It took all 162 to get Suarez to 30 homers last year. He does it before the all star break this year. What an incredible run. Eugenio Suarez continues to be on 28 pitch first for Zack Gallen. Now Jorge Soler, he swings and misses and another strikeout for Gallen that is his third here is Travis D the right hander, a little tapper off the side of the mound, but you could tell, but Naylor able to apply the tag steps in a two out single, another hit for that hits in seven of his last eight games and Netto will be the next batter on the move good throw and they got him, James mccann throws out, ran trying to advance into scoring position and that will end the Angels. Second. We go to the third here with the big A mccann from his knees, fires a strike and we’re tied at one. Gallen has set down seven of the last eight hitters. Trout caught looking at a fastball. Gallen has three strikeouts. He set down eight of the last nine tied at one at the big A Geno homered his last time up. That was number 30 of the first half. That is right field soler going back there the second of the night for Suarez, a laser shot to right and the D backs are in front 2 to 1 and this is exactly what you need to see when Geno Suarez is going right. He will drive the ball to all parts of the ballpark and he squared it up beautifully. Taylor Ward leads off the bottom of the fourth inning. Debeck have a 2 to 1 lead. It’s a looper over Suarez has had a fair ball for Ward make his way to second base as he slides in with a leadoff double 21 doubles, 21 home runs and two triples. The Angels have the potential tiger and in scoring position. Now for joe Adell laced out to right center field pretty well. Thomas is chasing out near the wall and he can’t get it. It’s off the top of the wall. Ward’s on his way to the plate. Adle will stop at second base. It’s an RB I double and the Angels tie. The game game is at two. Here’s moncada bouncer to move the runner over at least a goes to third base on a ground out from Moncada. Chance of getting Halo’s leads to the right field line. Adele goes to tag up Carroll’s on the run makes the catch. Here comes Adle Carroll with a good arm of the plate. It is not in time. Adle is safe as the Angels take a 3 to 2 lead on a sack. Fly. Angels get a couple of runs thanks to the two doubles to start the inning. Now trying to make it at third, the yanks went to the left field corner. He’s hit the ball well during this stretch three double for the Angels here in the fourth. Angels lead 3 to 22 outs. He will be the next batter after it. He can’t get it. It’s in the center field as Dardo comes home. It’s an RB I for Luis Redo with two outs, a three run inning for the Angels. Now, here’s Zack Netto with a 42 lead. It’s chopper to Suarez who backhands it throws it but with a scoop to end the inning, but the Angels get three, they take a 42 lead. It’s the Diamondbacks baseball network presented by progressive mike Trout. Just six home runs away from four 100 to right hit pretty well back forward is Carroll. Mike Trout adds another 395 in his major league 17th home run for Trout. That’s a two run shot. Angels are up 6 to 25 away from 400. This is a spot where he’s got 91 pitches. He’s done. His job, kept the team to two runs easy at one out and he’s facing a dangerous right handed hitter who could really change the tenor of this game with one swing right over the head of Lourdes Gurriel comes in with a third diamondback run. Naylor chug it into third and Randall’s in at second standing up another RB I in this series for the former Angel double to start off the inning. Then back to back walks to load them up with two outs and the bases loaded. Al mccann, a chopper foot races on Moncada can’t make the play. Corbin’s across it 6 to 4 and everybody’s safe right under the glove. Alec Thomas is the hitter great at bat by Alec Thomas tremendous at bat. It forces in a run. Geno comes home and it’s a one run game and now Perdomo will step in as the hitter, the eighth man to bat. He rips it has it right in front of it’s on the back for the third out of the inning. It’s good to get a break. A break. Indeed. The Angels hold the lead, but it’s down to just one. Mario has faced three batters. Now they’ve all reached Zack Netto coming up trying to extend the lead and Netto with a loop. Right. That’s dropping. Carroll is moving over for it. He can’t get in a base hit. Carroll fires it to the plate. A force out of an insurance run for the Angels off the bat of Neto. And now here is sean base hit for Shanna scores another, it’s 8 to 5. That’s again, another three hit game four times on base on a home stand. It’s been for him. Here’s Trout, a base hit again. Another one will score maybe two. Neo comes to the plate. Trout knocks in two more and the Angels lead 10 to 5 squared out that little flair at the right field. Trout. It looks like a line drive drives in two, getting closer and closer now to 1000 in his career. The Angels have blown it open. It’s 10 to 5. Connor Brogden is on the pitch for the Angels and say good night to the Diamondbacks. The Angels win it 10 5 at the big a just love this all around the form, especially after the Diamondbacks responded. Got it close. And Then a big four run eight mike Trout, 395th career home run season high four RBIs. Now the six away from 1000 in his career, Angels were 6 to 12 with runners in scoring position tonight. A season high 15 hits as the Angels have won back to back games here against Arizona.

Bring back these uniforms for good!
Had to issue about $50,000 in fines at $10k a pop for every dang WALK the Angels issued. I am more worried every day about the Angels pitching than the offense. Once again the Cherubs are licking close to .500 but can they ever get enough "mo" to get OVER .500? According to the script the 'Gels will get wiped tommorow in the daytime because PITCHING. Not a bad 1st half all things being equal. Boogie Chillun!!!
