Fabulous! I miss Lombergini in Florida and I’m happy that Calgary loves him just like we did. (Yes, I know we got him from them to begin with). I wsh more teams had a sense of humor and used their stars to their advantage for marketing!

That was amazing! lol
The sound effects from hitting the jet, and the reaction to seeing the panther were outstanding. I was really concerned with the loss of lomberg because of the spark he gave the locker-room. I was concerned we weren’t gonna’ have it this past post season. But then we picked up Marchand and I think he was probably the ONLY guy in the league that could fill that role without missing a beat. (I’d still like to see him back one day, but roster spots are hard to come by these days.)
I would find it very hard to believe that ANYONE on the planet loves to play hockey more than Lomberghini. Pure joy on the ice no matter what. Punched in the face? Skates off with a big grin on his mug. Was definitely sad to see him go.
We miss the Lomberghini in Florida. Always brought such great energy to the lineup.
