Totally preaching to the choir here, but Salvy is the freaking best. After game on Sunday vs Marlins in Miami, Salvy called down this kid from like 20 rows up and give him a bat. Guess he really liked the sign he made or something. It was really cool to watch the whole scene.

  1. He is an absolute class act, and a perfect example of what a pro ball player should be. He almost never says no to a request, whether it be from a fan or a reporter. And with his family living in Miami, he is especially fan-focused when the Royals head to Florida.

    If nobody loves Salvy then I am nobody. He is truly the best

  3. This organization (and fan base) have been so incredibly lucky to have this guy on our team, man. It’s gonna be a sad day when he’s done in blue.

  4. KC Legend and my all-time favorite player because of stuff like this. When he retires as a Royal, he should get the key to the city and a parade through downtown in his honor.
