So, it says the Detroit Pistons are now the favorites to land Cam Thomas due to his contract situation in Brooklyn. Now, I’m gonna be honest with you. If you’re an RFA this off seasonason, you’re getting paid no money. Look at Jonathan Kaminga. Look at Cam Thomas. Look at Josh Giddy. I mean, they’re still unsigned and they’re good players, but no one can afford them and a lot of teams just don’t want to offer the money that they want. It’s really just simple as that. Now, Cam Thomas and the Pistons, I don’t really see the fit. Jaden Ivy’s going to be coming back. You’re going to have Jaden Ivy, Cam Thomas. Like that’s just not going to work defensively. Already have Cade. I understand they lost that in a shooter, but I don’t know. It just doesn’t make much sense. And Cam Thomas, he’s a good player, but the problem with him is I feel like he just cares about his stats. There’s a reason why like Brooklyn didn’t want to pay him that 20 to$25 million and they drafted a lot of guards. So, we’ll see what happens. Let me know what you guys think.

It's always easy to blame players playing in bad teams, saying they are putting up empty stats. The teams are Tanking. What is he supposed to do? Its the same way people talk about Lamelo Ball like he's not a great player cos they are not winning.
Detroit might regress from playoff team to lottery, Ivey and Cam is highly suspect
Cam Thomas and Kuminga only care bout their stats, players you do not want if you want to win
It a be perfect if pistons can get him at mle with trade exception for few seconds
Yeah I don’t think the fit makes sense unless the trade package would be Jaden Ivey for Cam Thomas which the Pistons don’t wanna do. It’s really hard though to think about how they’re gonna pay them as restricted free agents if they want so much money
