Tennessee Titans Fan REACTS to Dan Patrick’s Shocking Warning on Cam Ward!
The next practice isn’t until Saturday at Nissan Stadium. So today, no football, no problem on the Dan Patrick show, they’re talking Cam Ward. Awful. Let’s talk about it next on Titan Upload. So, just like anytime the Titans are on national media, I get kind of excited, but I fall into the same trap over and over and over. Was this episode of the Dan Patrick Show going to be any different? Well, let’s find out. So, get your popcorn ready because we got 4 minutes of nothing but cam ward talk on the Dan Patrick Show. And just a warning, I’ve done a lot of fan reaction videos and this is quite frankly one of the worst. I’m left kind of beating my head up against the wall still trying to figure out what did I just watch? Could have just used the extra time and watched Happy Gilmore 2, but nope. I decided to click the link, see what Dan Patrick had to say on my quarterback Cam Ward. The past five years, the Tennessee Titans have not done well with the quarterback position. You know, Malik Willis did not work out. No offense. Doesn’t appear that Will Levves is working out. You draft Cam Ward who now you have to start him week one or it feels like you have to start him week one. Is that what you want to do? Titans have not done exactly great when it comes to quarterbacks. Tennessee Titans did indeed trade up in the 2022 NFL draft and took quarterback Malik Willis, but that never really went very well. He did show signs of some good things, but he also showed his limitations. Then in August of 2024, you know the story. Traded the Green Bay Packers. All of a sudden, he goes there with coach Laflur. He becomes good. And then he comes here in week three, beats Will Levis and the Tennessee Titans. Still, the fact is Cam Ward went number one overall, and he’s not the second or third round pick like he’s being compared to. 32 teams passed on Will Levis, and teams had 85 chances to take Malik Willis and none of them did. Oh, and by the way, how many teams passed on Cam Ward? Titan fans, if you love talking Titans, this is the community for you. Tired of the national media disrespect? Well, make sure you tighten up that like button so they can hear us loud and clear. Plus, comment below. What do you think’s having a great training camp so far? Yeah, I know we’re only one to two days in, but still got some hype going on. I know a certain linebacker that’s uh been getting a lot of interceptions lately. You’re below average franchise with a developmental quarterback. I don’t like it. I would like for him to just watch the game from the sidelines, understand how the starter prepares for a game, all of those things. It’s just different than college. This is an awful take, but would you consider Cam a developmental quarterback? Is that all he is? Fame Dejo to me would be considered a developmental guy. He’s a late bloomer. He had a late position change at UCLA, but will he work out in the NFL? I think that question still remains, but he’s got the traits, determination, work ethic, plus he’s very humble. Anthony Richardson, again, another developmental guy, very limited success in college, but has the traits. Cam Ward is far from any of that. Cam has been winning no matter where he goes. Been at three different colleges and he’s excelled at each one. Oh, and his numbers back it up, too. And are the Titans a below average franchise? Nah, I can’t argue that one. Yeah, they are. At least right now they are. So, listening to the Jared Stillman show, do you play Cam Ward right now or do you wait? Let him just sit there. Let’s listen to what the Dan Patrick show has to say on it. The speed is different. uh terminology is different, the athletes are different. Observe a game. I would like to ease him in on a bad team. You know, the NFL is littered with quarterbacks who played for bad teams and picked up bad habits. Now, this part of the video does actually make sense. This has been a valid argument people have had for years. Do you play the guy right out of college like Pton Manning, or do you sit out maybe a year or a couple games so you’re ready? Now, former boss Ryan Leaf, he thinks there’s only a handful of franchises that could take on this task. And I’ll just throw this one out there to you. I don’t think he’s talking about the Tennessee Titan, but yes, a lot of quarterbacks do fail if they don’t have the support. So, let’s go through some of the list. Ryan Leaf, Jamarcus Russell would be the worst Boston history. Tim Couch, and David Carr, all crappy franchises over the years and teams with no plan. literally a plug and play to try to fit. And when that guy doesn’t fit, then they plug someone else in. When that guy don’t fit, they plug this guy and this guy and this guy and but the counterargument here is what the Titans are doing. They’re doing plug and play, but with caution. The line is set up to run the football. And plus, the defense actually lacks some depth at certain positions, such as edge, secondary, and I’ll even say linebacker. Did I mention I starting to like this Cody Barton guy? But yeah, Dan Patrick, if you want to use the throwing interceptions to Cody Barton, uh, I guess you have that going for you. At the end of the day, Dan Patrick either downplays us, criticizes us, or flat out ignores us. I think you get all three in this 4-minute clip. But the ultimate shade, it’s at the end. Oh, and by the way, if you haven’t noticed, he doesn’t seem to be very high in the Tennessee Titans this year. I don’t think we can blame him on that totally, but this AFC South comment kind of has me furated. Listen to what he has to say about the Titans in the AFC South. You’re not going to win your division. When you’re seeing quarterbacks and they go to a bad team, you’re going to a bad team for a reason. They don’t have a good quarterback. And now you’re asked to be a savior. See, I hate these type of takes because the Titans just have to be better than literally three teams. The Texans, the Colts, the Jags. The AFC South is also one of the worst divisions in football. The Texans are the favorite, but they still have flaws, and I think they underachieved last year. Not to mention, they have the worst offensive line. You could even have an argument in the entire NFL. And I’m a Titans fan. So that’s saying a lot. Houston fans, this is a lazy take because if you would take two seconds, look at the odds, you would see the Tennessee Titans out of all fourth place teams right now to win the division, only the Bears and the Seahawks have better odds. And according to FanDuel, the Titans are currently plus 700, which honestly for how bad Dan Patrick’s making us look, isn’t that bad at all. So most quarterbacks who fail had less than 15 starts in college. Check. Jaden Daniels had 55. It often doesn’t work out one of those quarterbacks who has like 15 career starts. Cam Ward had 38 starts in his college career. 13 at Miami, 25 at Washington State. And that’s that’s pretty good. Oh, and by the way, playing at Incarnate Ward for one year, uh, that doesn’t count as far as starts go because I just Googled it, man. It said 57 starts. Scouts will tell you the sample size they like is around 25 to 30 starts. Bo Nicks, I don’t think a lot of people thought he’d be this he would be this good as a rookie. And I like that he was with two big-time programs. He was playing in big games. So, by their argument, Cam fits. Cam should be successful or at least have a pretty decent chance to be successful. But then again, maybe Cam Ward doesn’t count. At least not according to this clip because they don’t mention Cam Ward again. And they don’t tell us if this argument supports him. There’s one quarterback they’re super pumped about and it’s Bo Knicks. Him and his 61 college starts and in fact over the next 1 minute 2 seconds to close out the episode, that’s all they talk about is Denver, Bon Knicks, and Shawn Payeyton. make a video on the Denver Broncos. Make a video on Bo Knicks. Don’t suck me in with this Cam Ward talk and then barely talk about him and tell me how bad the Titans are. And then you make arguments that actually fits the narrative that Cam Ward might be successful, but then you just like normal flat out ignore them and then don’t bring them up anymore. So, in summary, here’s what we got. According to this episode of Dan Patrick Show, Cam Ward will probably be a bust because the Titans are awful. They have an awful franchise. They’ve been awful throughout their franchise history. They don’t know how to handle rookie quarterbacks and Cam is just a developmental guy. Oh, and did I mention the Titans, according to Dan Patrick, are just a bad football team. Yeah, he only mentions that a handful of times. So, why is this the worst take ever? Well, because other than the starting too early argument, there’s really no rationale to why Cam will work out or not work out. The bar that they actually give you, Cam fits it with the number of college starts. If anybody should be pro ready, it should be Cam Ward. but he also did it with three different teams. So that means he’s learning technically three different playbooks. The measuring stick we get to use is Will Levice and Malik Willis. So because we couldn’t develop those guys and because they didn’t work out then ultimately Cam’s not going to work out. But is there any mention that like John Robinson who drafted Malik Willis, he’s gone. Ran Carthon who drafted Will Levis, he’s gone. And one coach who coached them both, Coach Frabel, he’s gone as well. And I don’t think they bring up Ryan Callahan once, but you know what head coach they do bring up multiple times? Shawn Pate. Do you know what quarterback they bring up multiple times? Bon Knicks. So, comment below. Should the Titans start Brandon Allen over Cam Ward in week one verse Denver? This is the only valid argument I can take from this 4-minute video clip. So, there’s that. Don’t forget to tighten up that like button and hit that subscribe button for the latest Titans content and reactions. So, until next time, take care and tighten up.
Tennessee Titans Fan REACTS to Dan Patrick’s Shocking Warning on Cam Ward! The Dan Patrick Show discussed Cam Ward, well sort of. What does Dan really think of the Titans football team? Does Cam Ward have a chance to succeed in Nashville? Or will he go off and just talk about the Denver Broncos the whole time? NFL 2025 Football.

What ever good dumb titans
WAIT AND SEE WHAT HE DOES FOR THE TITANS, AND LET'S SEE WHAT HE SAYS THEN.
I can’t believe the national media doesn’t get behind this guy. The fact that he’s thrown more touchdowns than anybody else ever should at least make him high on the expectation list for these kind of guys. I hope they have to choke on it. 2:08
I just watched that Dan clip 😅. Man needs to be in a nursing home. He has lost his mind…
Simple, if he is ready, he needs to play

Can't wait for Cam makes all these doubters and haters to eat their words!
Idk if yall know about two tone talk but he makes videos reacting to things just like this. I’d love an upload and two tone talk collab podcast. Two great titans fans covering the team from a fan perspective.
😂😂hilarious vid❤
Titans now have TWO first round draft picks on the O line and 100 million additional dollars spent on two new lineman anchoring the line. Ward should feel like he's in Heaven compared to last year's shit show! He should get us 9 wins or he's a bust.
