Maybe an algorithm-generated design made available for order by some Temu designer who doesn’t understand the context of NFL team colors.
Or just a custom-made sweatshirt. You can get stuff like this from Etsy and similar sites.
Breast cancer or woman’s fashion. I’ve seen many examples of shirts and jerseys done in pink for the female fans.

When I zoom in on the panther it looks like there’s the correct color black underneath the red layer but I could be wrong.
Most likely a misprint since it’s the old logo, but who knows. Looks cool though!
