  1. Cubs won, and the Brewers just lost.

    Hell yeah

    ![gif](giphy|XEPF4Aus4SlSCs8jF0|downsized)

  2. Cubs have played 104 games.

Their longest losing streak is 3.

Pretty impressive. Other contenders cannot say that (looking at you Dodgers and Tigers)

  3. Perhaps this sub’s reports of Ian Happ’s demise have been greatly exaggerated

    (Also, Matt Shaw)

  4. Love you stoney but fuck right off of you think you got this tmrw nope nope nope we destroying you

  5. Marlins hold on, back tied with Milwaukee. Fly the W! Marlins are only 5 games under .500 now. Eury Perez vs. Woodruff tomorrow in Milwaukee. I guess we are doing an opener/bullpen game? Rough having 2 projected starters (maybe 3 if Assad was the assumed 5th) I hope Taillon is back soon.

  6. I’m still mad about that strike 3 call to my Seiya I better drink 20 beer to calm down

  7. It’s fun when the prospects begin to prospect.

Horton hears a WHO LET THE SHAW OUT!?!?

  8. Great game for the players this sub hates.

Been a tough week, but the Real Housewives level of overreacting earlier this game over a team that’s now tied for first place is just amusing.

  9. I’m constantly shocked that Pressly’s ERA is 3.66 considering he gives up a run in every outing

  10. Good game. I donated $50 to Chicago food banks.org after dansby got two runs in. Feel free to match and get the karma train going for the cubs and better risp.

  11. The home plate umpire was way off on some of his ball/strike calls especially the “strike 3” to Seiya in the top of the ninth

  12. and the white sox still suck. only the Colorado Rockies keep them from being the worst time in MLB for 2 year in a row.

  13. Please trade for Suarez. Shaw is the future. There’s no question about that. Lengthening the lineup needs to be the highest priority outside of acquiring a starting pitcher and getting Suarez and keeping him away from the Brewers should be the top priority right now.

  14. with all the teeth gnashing from yesterday Cubs are once again tied for best record in the league and playing at Wrigley North starting Monday. Sweet.
