And at the end of the day, I think that this guy right here is going to hold his side down solidified to where we’re not like, “Oh, yeah, but I don’t know.” No, he ain’t coming off no injury, none of that stuff. and played at a high level last year. In his entire career, he has been one of the better corners in the NFL. If you don’t know, you better ask somebody. I’m not talking about this guy who, oh, he was solid there, then it was weak there, then, you know, he had a little bit. No, his entire career, he has been solid to good. So, on a scale of 1 to 10, he’s like legitimately the 7.5. I put Ramsay at as a nine. I put Ramsay as a You know what? No, no, no, no. Let me back up. I put Ramsay as a 8.5 last year at this part of his career. This guy is, you know what, se You know what? This guy right here, I would put him at a like a 7.7. So, is he Jaylen Ramsey? No. But we got a starting corner. Somebody who can hold their position down. Somebody who can hold their position down. His tackling was amazing and his and his um his coverage was I would say good. Not elite, not great, but good. That’s all we needed. That’s all we ever needed. That’s it. Let me center this better. That’s all we ever needed. No Ramsay. Oh my god. Like we got safeties. We got competent safeties, believe it or not. And we’re like, man, we going to bleed at the corner and we don’t know what the left side of the O I’m telling y’all. Let me let me be clear about something. I have no concern about this team other than cornerback and the left side of the O line. Are they going to do what they need to do that? I have no concerns. That’s what I’m worried about. The corners and the left side of the O line today. We just addressed a little bit of the corner position. Now, is the corner position fully solidified? No. But it’s so much better than I thought we were going to go to war with. It’s so much better than I thought what we were going to go to war with. I’m sitting here in my mind like, “Oh my gosh, we got 10 guys fighting for two boundary positions. Uh, Kater Coo in the nickel, but are they going to move him to the outside?” And we going to get on Kater Kohus’s injury in a moment. It may not be as serious as people think, but we’ll see. But that’s what it’s about. Look at the Bill fans coming in here. TD is a real bum. Yeah. Y’all scared now? Yeah. You seen that title and was like, “Oh man, should we be concerned?” Yeah. Yeah. I was like, man, but what if Chub and you know, Phillips stay healthy and they play nice with Chop coming in. We got the new D tackle. Zeer, look at the D line. Linebackers, you know, it ain’t the best in the league, but I like them. They solid. I ain’t complaining about them, man. in safety position. I feel good about where we are. That’s good enough. You can beggars can’t be choosers. I like where it is. But the corners, man, if they did something about the corners, then I would be happy. But they not signing nobody. And on the offensive side of the football, I mean, what more do you want? You have everything you need. It’s just a matter of can the left side ball out this year and can our quarterback do his thing finally? I don’t know. and and but but but when you really put it all together, it’s like your priority is left side of the O line, cornerback position, quarterback not only staying healthy, but balling out. That’s what it really comes down to. And you know what, and obviously we could say, you know, people staying healthy, the team not getting banged up. That’s a part of the game. But overall, I mean, maybe we’re not as in bad in bad of a position as we feel, but at the same token, you know, a lot got to go right. But [ __ ] I just hope that it like So, we’re not far off. We could really compete this year. But I’m telling you now, bringing in Mike Hilton on the boundary really helps that. It really does. It really helps that. So, I love the move by the Dolphins. Now, I know they made another move and they brought in Jack um Jones. Now, Jack Jones coming off of a terrible season. Just let’s just be honest, okay? He coming off of a terrible season, but I ain’t giving up on Jack Jones. Jack Jones balled out his first two seasons for New England. He was really solid. He made plays. He did his thing. We’re not just going to say because of one season, you know, oh, he ain’t it. Now, mind you, he was a role player in 22 and 23, you know, based off of how many snaps he had. And as a full-time dude and um with the Raiders, he was bad. He was just bad. He was terrible. He was terrible last year with the Raiders. Just terrible. So, but there’s still something there to be desired. And it also could depend on the scheme. If we can get him back to the Patriots version, man, man, man, don’t play with me. Now, I’m not saying he’s a island over there, but it’s less stress for the safety to be worrying about, you know, which which way do I need to help more on this? You know, who has the potential to get beat more on this? I could let him ride a little bit so I could be a little bit more, you know, towards this way or whatever it may be. So, I love it. I love it. Gre GR did his thing on this one. Gre did his thing on this one. And and again, everybody’s like, “Uh, yeah, I mean, it still ain’t that big, but man, I don’t know what y’all talking about. You just got you a starter. Ain’t none of us sit here think Gre was going to bring in a starter.” And let me tell you something. I would Listen, man. Let me tell y’all something. I like this move more than the Rous Douglas. I like this move more than the Rous Douglas. And by the way, Rous Douglas got a had a open offer on the table. I don’t know if it’s still on the table, but he had an offer. It just looked like he turning it down. It just looked like he turning it down. So, um, keep that in mind. We got two corners and and obviously when you look at Jack Jones, we got to see what he does in Weaver system because it wasn’t great last year, but the two years before that was excellent. And we’ll see how he um plays as a Dolphin. And and I’m gonna be honest, I’m a little bit more on the upside for Jack Jones. I’m a little bit more optimistic for Jack Jones. Um because he’s done it before. He’s played well before. He’s put, you know, good production up before. He’s like a ball hawk. He He’s aggressive. He gets after the football. So I like that. But again, Mike Hilton gonna hold down his side. Listen, beggars can’t be truer. I feel better about going into the season in this situation. But hey, if you want to go get one more, you want to go get one more. I’m just saying. I’m just saying. Somebody Somebody said Gilmore on the way. Signing soon. Listen, I don’t care what nobody say. Gilmore played well last year uh for from Minnesota. I I thought he played well last year, you know, overall. Um he made plays on that team. Was he perfect? Was he like just out? He played well for that team last year in Minnesota. So again, it wasn’t like elite play, but Gilmore was aggressive. Flores used him in the box. A lot of help on the run stopping, a lot of that stuff. So yeah, I thought Gilmore was um solid for them last year. Again, not great, but solid. So, um, we’ll see. I wouldn’t mind that e either, you know, that’s like a Jack Jones move. You just have depth and in in a rotation, you know, and there’s hope yet the Dolphins, there’s hope. They could build a little something here that can compete this year. And and you know, I’ve ch I’m change I’m changing my tune right here, right now because I see you could maybe do a little something. You can you might be able to, you know, compete this year. It’s getting better. So, let’s see. And remember, we got five, six weeks left. I mean, the moves still going to be made. moves are still going to be made. So, you know, who knows? They bring in another one of those guys, Rous Gilmore. They, you know, have some depth on the O line, maybe trade for a nice play. I don’t know. But the reality is we’re going to have a team this year, though. I’m not saying that this is a Super Bowl winning team, but you know, I lost all hope. I’m like, “Oh, let’s just get rid of the season.” But now I feel like at least we’re going to have a team. Now, here’s the thing about the team. It is the most temporary team you ever gonna get because it’s just one year. Everybody contracts just about expire after this. So, this they they’re showing you and telling you this is our last hurrah. Somebody in the front office say we can’t sign any deals more than one year. And even if it’s two years, it can only be one years of guaranteed. And that if if if I haven’t proven that to y’all yet because I told y’all this. I told y’all what time it was. The checkbook closed. The checkbook closed. So that’s why every move they’re making is like for one year trying to that’s that’s all that that’s all that’s happening in Miami because they’re going to try to bargain shop and do all they can on a one-year basis and bring players hoping they can revive their career and make a push this year. But no matter what type of failure or success you have, this whole thing getting blown up next year for the most part cuz you ain’t going you’re already negative right now for the future. You could easily get over the cap, but you ain’t going to be extending and spending long-term money on some of these guys that’s not even under contract. So McDaniel and Greer, they’re they’re playing out the last hurrah, hoping they can change it from being the last hurrah to the continuing hurrah. So that’s what that’s what’s happening in Miami right now. So hey, good move by Chris Greer. Mike Hilton, huge pickup. I love it. Um Jack Jones, um low-key could be a sleeper pickup that can work out really well in our favor. Um, but let me tell you this too. They they don’t like that quarterback room. All them other guys, they ain’t they can’t they can’t, you know, because if you got a rising star or two, you know, you you coveting that. So, you’re not loving it right now. You’re not loving the room and and that’s pretty obvious. Okay. But hey, that’s why you go address it. And that’s what I love. Aggression. You see what you you see something that that needs to be addressed, go address it. All right. Uh, okay. Their coo did get hurt. Okay. Um, it looks like a leg injury, but you know, NFL network did report that, you know, at the practice they saw him walking past their their area several times with the gingerly without, you know, um, you know, hold back. So, it might not be as bad. He was going to get treatment or something, but he looked like he was walking fine. Um, so we’ll keep our eyes on that situation. And hopefully we get great news out of that. We don’t need any bad news out of that because having that tandem, that trifecta of Kater, Jones, and Hilton. Yeah, I like that room because now you can put Kater on the boundary or you can bring him in the nickel. You can play around now. So, I like that. I love that. So, um yeah. So, that’s what’s going on with Kater Koh. He did get um an injured leg injury today, but again, they say he was um walking on his own power, but I don’t know. We we’ll see. We’ll see what the conclusion is. Hopefully, it’s a sprain or something like that. Um time will tell. Okay. Um let me see here. All right. So, um, also, um, Mika Fitzpatrick, uh, I think, um, we don’t have facts to this, but I’m going to make an an assumption. Uh, it looks like Ma’s issue is money because Ma Fitzpatrick, um, has fired and hired a new agent um, since um, getting traded to the Dolphins. So, it’s obviously a situation where his agents probably, hey, the new agents negotiating, hey, let’s keep him here long term. This is what we’re trying to get. This is what we’re looking for. Let’s do it. So, um that’s that’s pretty much probably what it was and what it what it is. Um you know, he wants more money and when I say more money, his guarantees run out. So he wants to make sure that he’s not going out there in camp getting hurt and then they ready to cut him next year. You know, he wants to know that when he walk on that field to give it his all, he has some assurity financially that if something happens or goes wrong, he still knows he’s going to be a part of the team or make it tough for the team to move on from him after this year because you never know. Ma might come out this year and ball out. What if he’s an allp pro safety this year? Miami, they better get ahead of it. They better give him the big bag or the the the solid bag before they have to compete with a big one next year. And that ain’t going to fly. See, we we bad at this stuff. You know, that’s the one thing Miami can’t do right. We can’t get right. We can’t hit. We can’t hit like like we we in the we in the casino and we we just can’t hit like. All right, we gonna sign him early. Oh crap, why did we sign him early? All right, we gonna wait to sign him. Oh crap, why didn’t we been sign him? We can’t hit to save our life. We always get it wrong in Miami. That’s the one thing we always get it wrong on signing players too soon or signing them too late. every time. Um, and you know, certain players on both sides of the football and it, and I did agree with him on this, and I like that because he did make a great point. What it does is it it brings a atmosphere of having each other’s back. And what that means is maybe the defense gave up a touchdown. You know, the offense like, “I got y’all. You know, we we we we in this together. I got y’all. Let us go out there and take care of that for y’all. Answer it.” Or the offense turned the ball over. Defense like, “Don’t worry about it. We got y’all. We gonna get y’all the ball back.” You know, that that’s that’s that’s And I know that the team has been missing that kind of element. So, I like that. I like that about um Tua. Um he went on to talk more about that Tyreek thing. I’m not going to get into it because I totally disagree, like I said. And and I don’t disagree with technically how he feels because everybody’s entitled how they feel. I just don’t think that that should have been public. That should have been in house. Yeah, this was um this was skimp. Now, I didn’t go to opening day today. Um I was supposed to actually, but I’ll be there Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Um I didn’t go today because late last night I had to do some maintenance on the vehicle with the tire and nothing’s open at night. So, I had to wait till this morning and I missed training camp for the first day. Um which sucks because I really wanted to be there packed up, ready to go and all. But it’s all good. Safety over anything. Um but I’ll be down there Monday. Well, I’ll be there Sunday, but I’ll be to camp Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. They gonna have to get me excited during the regular season.” But ladies and gentlemen, I’m here to tell you, the Dolphins will get you excited this year. They will. They will get you excited this year. Them first eight games, you’re going to be excited because the floor, in my opinion, in them eight games is five and three. That’s the floor. That’s the floor. Six and two is very doable. Seven and one is the ceiling unless you beat Buffalo 8 and0. Then we all going to be like Super Bowl. Hey, seven and one. We going to be like Super Bowl. The Dolphins are going to get you excited this year. It’s that stretch when we start in the middle of the season. It’s that middle of the season stretch that you going to have to worry about. That’s where reality will set in whether it’s good or bad. Um, let me give y’all that stretch. Well, first let me give you the first eight games stretch and tell you why I say that. The Colts, that should be a win by Miami from a talent standpoint. Although we are on the road opening the season, it still should be a win. The Dolphins play the Patriots. That’s the home opener. And the Patriots are going to be good this year, but you know, early in the season, they still going to work through kinks. That defense is going to be good, but we’ll be in Miami. and it’s early and it’s a divisional rival. We should get that as well. Now, I’m gonna tell you now, if the Patriots come to Miami and shock us, it’s over. If the Patriots come to Miami and shock, And I’m going to tell you, it’s a possibility of it happening. But I’m not going to bet on that. But if Patriots come to Miami and shock us, it’s over. It’s o in Miami. knowing that way at the end of the season, I think the last game of the season and cold weather weather in New England, we got to go to them. It’s over. Now, if that happens and I’m like, it’s over, man. They I’mma be I’m going to be mad post game. I’mma be going off. Oh, D is week two. Stop tripping. Now, you know what? Y’all forget this team went from the 32nd ranked defense to like I mean they were one of the top defenses in the NFL in one year with a lot of the same players and show you it was coaching. Um and this team won a lot of games in the first year without a lot of weapons too and all they’ve done is gotten better. So, that’s going to be tough. And I’m telling you, I would say five and two right there. All right. Uh, Glenn, Chargers going to travel good. I don’t really care much about that. This is a Harball le team. You going to get the best version of them. We’ll see. But I will tell you this, that Chargers game could be a season defining moment because here’s what it’ll do. Say you are 4- one and you only lost to Buffalo. If you lose to the Chargers at home, another season defining moment. You You’re right back to the whole notion you can’t beat the good teams of the league. You’re right back. You’re right back just like that. Unless they Unless they one and four and they suck, but that’s how that’s not likely. And I’m telling you now, if that’s the situation, if you lose to the Chargers, that could be season defining, you can’t be good teams. Right back in the same crap. Then later in the season, if somebody get hurt and we lose the big teams, well, it was because of injuries. No, you showed early on you couldn’t be good teams. We do this every time. Everybody healthy at the beginning. We win games and we lose to the one or two good teams we play and we six and two and then somebody get hurt and we lose to the good teams. Oh, it was because of injuries. No, you can’t beat good teams. You couldn’t beat them when they were healthy early on. This notion that it’s just the injuries is what’s fooling us. There’s too much evidence even before the injuries of good teams where we just get beat. And I kind of agree with that, Glenn. This year the Dolphins have to beat the Bills and the Chargers early on to to shake that stigma. You know why you got to shake that stigma? Because whether you good or not, you’re not beating the Ravens. You ain’t beating the Ravens. This team ain’t beat no Ravens. You done lost every bit of your mind. You ain’t beat the Ravens. There’s levels to it. So when you have people, but this is this is um this this is um and I’m glad you brought that up. This is um the conditioning of society now. It’s the same thing in politics, right? If you cut off, let’s say a side you don’t agree with, right? Then that means all you’re going to be fed is what you agree with. But say something in what you agree with is wrong. It’s now going to be correct to you because both sides get it wrong. The people who love Tua get it wrong. The people who hate Tua get it wrong. But when you cut each other off, as soon as something’s wrong, but it’s presented to be right, you’re going to believe it to be right. And this is where people’s minds get messed up on both sides. Same thing with politics. It’s like, no matter what he does, he can’t do right. No matter what he does, he can’t do wrong. That’s what how you start to get conditioned. And it’s the worst place to be because you’ll never grow because you’re going to catch yourself being wrong sometimes. But still don’t open yourself up to truth. You just Okay, brush that one off. Brush that one off. It’s that’s the same way they have society now. It’s the same way. Same way they have society about politics and everything now. Um, and that’s why, you know, even now people, it’s just like X, right? Oh, I’m just going to block you. Okay, that’s fine. Nothing’s wrong with that, right? But you block everybody that disagree with you. And then when something that comes out that could save you or is correct information and the people that you believe tell you otherwise, you believe what they say. Now, they are your gospel. Whatever they say is right. or you might even know it’s wrong, but you’ll defend them anyway because we’re on the same side. It’s this a shame of of society now. We will defend a lie. We’ll defend bad behavior, bad things, because we pick sides. This is why everybody should go watch their own film, do their own research, and see what they believe versus allowing people to manipulate. That’s why I always tell y’all, that’s the beautiful thing about this channel. Everybody that’s been subscribed to this channel long, tell me if I’m wrong. Put put right or wrong in the chat. How many times do I shout out people who disagree with me and then I tell you go listen to them, too. Don’t take what I say, go listen to people who disagree with me. Go do your own research. How many times do I do that? I do it so often. And for those who are new to the channel, you’ll see in the chat right now. Do I do that? Yes or no? Because this is what this is how you grow. This is how you grow as a person. All the rest of that stuff is child’s play. Child’s play. It’s it’s it’s it’s it’s immaturity. It’s it’s it’s laziness and not even wanting to grow, not even wanting to be more intelligent, not even wanting to be smart. And I really don’t hang around with those type of people anyway because they’ll bring you down. You’ll be in an echo chamber believing whatever is told to you. And then those people have power over you because they could just manipulate you. They had power over you then. And then you dig your hole so deep even when you start to realize, “Yeah, this is wrong.” You too deep now. You’re like, “Yeah, but still forget them.” You know, I still got You start riding with it. You start justifying and saying it’s okay, you know, or just silent about stuff. And that’s when you pick sides. And I always urge y’all, you know what side you should always pick in life? Yours, just yours. Not mine, not his, not hers, just yours. And if you a person of faith like me, that’s different. You know, that’s the side I’m always picking. But whether you are or not, you got two eyes, you got two ears, you got a brain. Sometimes you need to do your own factcheck, you know, and and one of the best weapons is factecking. Now, factchecking is one of the one of the best weapons now against you because if the person that you listen to and and and shun the other people off, they’ll tell you stuff in the name of factchecking and sometimes lie. Well, I’m going to um I I need to fact check somebody right now. Jack Jones, the only reason he struggled last year is because he was at odds with the coach. You know, my source told me that. Oh, okay. That makes sense. So, we got a good guy. Yeah, we got one of the best guys. He was just at odds with the coach. Complete fabrication. But guess what? It’s in their head. Now, they all on spaces. Now, they all on this. No, Jack Jones, that dude. Y’all don’t even know. We I got inside information to tell you he was at odds with the coach and they didn’t get along. And that’s why it look just then it leave people out here scratching their head like where did that come from? But then they sometimes it get so loud that everybody like yeah I mean apparently there was some problems and now we all repeating it man. Listen, I done read a few books and I done read some studies with governments that have actually put so much money into this type of stuff as a weapon and how easy it is. Like all these little tests and studies that they’ve done to to manipulate the masses, like it’s so easy now. Like I I know how to I I could if I wanted to. I could easy like and when you learn this stuff like person like me wouldn’t because I I think it’s evil to be quite honest with you but um person like me would rather seek it out and and try to identify what is um deception in words and then try to spread the truth. But when you start going on that mission, you start to realize how deep people are gone. How deep like they’ve already got them in a trance. Like you’re you’re the enemy of the of the world to them because you’re challenging certain things. It’s crazy. So yeah, man. Um that’s why I’m always about that on this channel. Go do your own research. But here’s the thing. A lot of people that view content creators, they they busting their behind, man. They going to work. They doing their thing. They working hard, providing for their family. They making it happen. They ain’t got time to be doing the research. That’s why they lean on us. They don’t have time. Some people take advantage of that. Some people cater to that. And at least I personally feel, unless y’all disagree, I try my best to cater to that. try to be informative and educational on some of the stuff that we talk about. Try my very best and everybody not going to appreciate appreciate it. They’re going to put me in this hole. Like somebody told me literally this morning, “Bro, I’ve been watching you for the last two weeks. All you do is talk about Tua.” Have y’all have y’all seen me really talking about Tua over the last two weeks? outside of a Q&A session. If y’all ask a question, the one thing that I actually haven’t done is make any stream about Tua Takavala. Have y’all even seen me really speaking on Tula in the last two weeks? Only time I speak on him is in the comment section when you ask a question and I answer it. I haven’t even t but they’re going to put you in that hole regardless because you disagree. You don’t think that he’s the franchise quarterback. know everything you do. That’s all they see. That’s all they hear. That’s all they want to hear. What I what you got to say about them now? You know, that type of stuff. So, uh you can’t make everybody happy. You cannot make everybody happy. Natd, you can go on Google and find something that’ll support your argument. Yeah, that too. But here’s the problem. That that’s the pro that is the problem. No matter which side you’re on, you can go on Google and find something to support it. But that’s why you have to look at the sources of those sites on Google. Then you have to look at the reput reputability of those sources. Um, so yeah, it’s it’s it’s the information age. If you thought that it couldn’t be manipulated, it’s bad. It’s bad. And let me prove it to you. We did a test yesterday. I didn’t even go through with the test. I just left it up for one hour. We did a test yesterday. U we were on fourth and no two days ago we were on fourth and forever and we were talking about fake accounts reporting things out of camp and how they blow up and get all the news and I said I’mma try it. I I I put on X. I said um wow Tua um something about Tua had one of the best days ever. Could this season really be the MVP season or or what? I said something along those lines and then I put um 13 for 15 passing, four touchdowns, zero interceptions. Wow. This um I think that could this actually be the year one hour. I got 13 new followers on X. Like literally because I’m not a I’m not well behaved on X. I don’t care about followers. I don’t try to get them. I actually lose them a lot even though it still goes up slowly but surely. Um but yeah, I literally within an hour 13 new followers on X. Um I had like 20some comments going back and forth. Now half of them were watching the show. So they were commenting, “Oh my gosh, this is clickbait. This is funny.” But some people, yeah, he don’t pro he proving y’all wrong right in front of you. like they comment they they they not re and under at the bottom I even put hashtags satire like to let you know this is a joke right but it’s out there now and now people are running with it like man tour ripped it up oh like people were going and I was like yeah this going to get carried away let me take this down and I took it down but it I’m telling you people don’t have time to verify anything they roll with it what’s next I’m locking that in. Two went off yesterday. Now what? What am I looking for now? So, and I’m gonna tell you now, this is what’s funny about it. I can guarantee you some people who saw mine and got was like going crazy about it as they kept going in the day. They probably saw a interception. They saw this or that and then they were like, “Well, let me what was that that I saw? Let me try to find it.” I think that was and and they didn’t it ain’t there. But that that’s how information works. I could put anything out and you’re going to get a group of people that automatically trust it because they read it just because they read it or they heard it. So again, I I always urge y’all go do your own research, go look for yourself, find out for yourself. Um because um it’ll it’ll definitely help you in your wisdom on everything you do because too much bad information out here. people are running with that’s making them look like fools when it matters most. When they get in front of people and start having real conversations. That’s why I don’t even do panels as much as I used to. Y’all remember I used to do like Tuesday night panels years back and you know all of a sudden people coming on talking about stuff that ain’t even real that they heard and what was told in them by this person and that person. Uh yeah. So yeah, anyh who, um, outside of that, man, I’m about to get up out of here. I’m fa, you know, straighten up this room a little bit, get some work done in here because when I get back from training camp, man, um, kids school start, kids start school and, um, I got to be ready for that. And I’m going have a lot to do leading up to the season and the preseason games and all of that. I got to put these TVs on the wall and stuff so I can actually stream the games. Then I got to figure out all the games going to be on TV or which ones are, which ones aren’t, you know, all that stuff. This this is the part of the season behind the scenes I’ll be running around crazy. I need another monitor cuz the one I had last year broke, all that stuff.
