Weird 3am afternoon game
Hey, shhhhhh, don’t look now, but regardless of what happens tonight we have the tiebreaker with the tigers too (4-3 or 5-2)
If they upgrade 3B and the bench, add two elite late inning guys, and if they can add an ace then they should do that as well…there should be no reason why we don’t win in the playoffs. The Dodgers bought their way to the world series multiple times. Why can’t we?
Springer is a prime candidate to not start tomorrow. Combination of being older in the middle of a long stretch of games, stacking some lefties in the lineup (Flaherty OPS against is 100 higher for lefties), and Springer is 0-16 with 6 K’s against Flaherty.
Birthday Baseball today! I would love a sweep to continue the awesome streak please and thank you Jays.
Hopefully Scherzer can give us 5 or 6 innings today. Gonna need fresh arms for the doubleheader
