Birdie guys, hope everyone is doing well. We got the Washington Nationals and the Twins going at it in this one. This will be game three of this series. We saw game one was a boring, weird game. Um, I actually thought there was going to be much more scoring in that one with Zebie Matthews on the mound. But the Nationals bash just couldn’t get things going and that final score ended one to zero with the Twins winning that game. And then Saturday’s game happens after I record this video. So, I don’t know what the result of that one will be. But game three leads us to Jake Irvin on the mound for the Nationals. And I’m still seeing some 2B determinants on the mound for the Twins, but I have seen some websites say that it’s going to be Travis Adams on the mound. Um, you guys probably don’t know too much about Travis Adams. He’s only had what, three starts this season. Let me see. Yeah, he’s only had three starts this season and he’s definitely more of a bullpen guy. Um, he hasn’t pitched more than four innings once this season. Uh, we saw him get smacked up in his first start where he gave up five earned runs against the Rays. Um, and then he looked good in his second start against the Pirates. Um, only allowing one earned run and then the Rockies, he pitched against them only one inning though and allowed zero earned runs. So, look, we see we’ve seen him pitch against a bad Rocky’s team. We’ve seen him pitch against a bad Pirates team. When we’ve seen Travis Adams pitch against a team that has been even somewhat competent in the Tampa Bay Rays, he’s got smacked up. So, I don’t love Travis Adams in this spot. I I actually think he could get hit up early in this game. You know, this national team has a really heavy hitting top of the lineup with CJ Abrams, with the James Wood. I could see them giving this uh this kid some problems. I’m not saying he’s a bad pitcher. I’m not saying he he’ll have a he’ll not have a bright future in the league, but I mean, he’s still finding his groove, man. He only has three starts in the majors. So, something to think about there. On the other hand, it looks like we got uh let’s see, Jake Irvin on the mound for the Nationals. I mean, Jake Irvin really hasn’t been great this season. I mean, he’s had a couple good starts, but he’s also had a lot of ugly starts as well. In his last five starts, he has a 720 RA. Um, this season he has a 481 erra as a full sample size. I I don’t love this game. I’m going to be honest, guys. If I were to bet this game, I’m I would take the Nationals just getting plus money. I just think we know that Jake Irving could have a good game, whereas, you know, this this dude uh Travis Adams, he’s still really unproven to me. And like I said, I think he could get smacked up early in this game. Um, and if that’s the case, then the Twins will have to be playing from behind. So, I’m going to lean Nationals. I also like an over. I could see both these pitchers getting hit up. Like I said, though, not my favorite game. Probably not a game I’m going to bet personally. But, if I had to go away or if I had to take take a side in this one, I would go Nationals. So, that’s going to be my play, guys. I appreciate you watching this. Drop a like.
