  1. If the threshold is “Names I recognize as a marginal football fan” (which is presumably *not* the threshold), it’s Brees, Fitz, Gore, and Bryant.

  2. I mean I got to say Witten 100% makes it in the fame don’t know first but def a fame

  3. Larry, Drew and Edelman. Larry is a first round entry. They’ve said it his whole career. You can’t deny the talent!

  4. if the group, Drew & Larry should be first ballot.

Geno/Phillip/Witten/Pouncey probably take a few years.

    rest don’t belong.

  5. I think the first 3 are the only ones with a shot at first ballot, with Brees and Fitz as the only ones I’d put money on.

Not sure Atkins has the name recognition but he was dominant. Pouncey is slightly overrated but seems to be a popular pick to eventually make it. Rivers, Gore, and Olson seem more likely. If it were up to me, those guys are all Hall of Very Good tier instead.

  6. I don’t remember the maximum amount allowed, but I expect Fitz and Brees to be locks. After that I can see Gore making it.

Rivers I think will end up Hall of Very Good. Lack of playoff success hurts his case even with the Pro Bowls. 5-7 record in 12 games across 15 starting seasons. 16-10 TD-INTs in the playoffs in 12 games.

Most of these guys are just Hall of Very Good tbh

  7. Larry should be a sure in, he should be unanimous, but I know some one will be an ass and not vote for him to be

  8. Breeze, Larry and gore should all get in. If they give it to dez over Larry I will be more angry than I should be. Witten and Olsen are both hof but they really cancel each other out and think they have to wait a year.

  9. If you have to pick 4 from this list, it’s probably gotta be Drew Brees, Larry Fitzgerald, Phillip Rivers, and Frank Gore. But I think only Brees and Fitz are locks for first ballot.
