1. Signed with the Denver Broncos as an UDFA in 2024 and was later waived with an injury settlement
2. Earned Second Team All-AAC honors in 2023 at Memphis, after recording 40 tackles, 7 TFLs, 2 sacks, 2 pass breakups, 1 fumble recovery and 1 forced fumble
3. Started all 13 games during his senior season with the Tigers
4. Earned Honorable Mention All-AAC honors in 2022
5. Tallied 150 tackles in his five-year career with the Tigers

I’m happy for Jaylon getting a shot but I’m still bummed about Drake Jackson not panning out.

I read “gets shot” and thought- oh no, now someone else is getting shot?!
Looks like another pass rush specialist. Given the fact that we got a bunch of early down DE, I like that we are taking shots at pass rushing DE.
