Toronto Blue Jays vs Baltimore Orioles – Game 1 – FULL GAME HIGHLIGHTS | July 29, 2025 MLB Season
but not in there game one for John Schneider. So, here we go. Morton and Lucas. Two games to be played on this Tuesday, July the 29th. Different emissions for different games. Game two will start at 6:35 and we’re underway today at 12:36. Lucas cracks his bat on a ground ball to Kobe Mayo, Charlie Morton. Day one or game one of today off. So Jackson is there as Davis Schneider very patient hitter launches the first pitch in the air into foul ground and Jackson a long claimed off waiverss by the Blue Jays from Detroit on August the 19th of last year and that’s a rude greeting in his first start against his old organization Jordan Westber off the tippy top of the wall. That ball is ruled to be in play by the second base umpire Vic Kapaza. The 3-2 with the bases full. He is ripped into left field. Lerito is there to make the catch. Westber tags. He’ll come in from third. Tyler O’Neal continues his excellent home stand with a sacrifice fly to put the Orio but comes in hot the other direction. Ninth pitch to set in the air left field. Lerido will settle under it. Lauraniano tags from third and Raone is in to score. The Orioles second sacrifice fly of the inning. What he typically does cuz again he only throws that cutter about 7% of the time but it’s been heavier than that so far. Two seamer bang to short and Henderson away. What he’s done in the postseason two World Series championships he’s been on. I can see why a team would want him. And I don’t know what role they would use him in. He’s a guy that obviously could go to the bullpin for you if you need him in the bullpin, but he can also be a guy during the regular season that helps you get into the playoffs, especially the way he is throwing the ball. I tell you what, you’ll get a knock on wood here. Likely some starts out of Charlie Morton. He’s a guy who’s been healthy for a long time and he has been wonderful. First seven or six hits have gone for extra bases. The record since 1974 is eight straight. This will not be a hit for any bases in all likelihood. Ernie Clement low retrieval of that pop up in the sun. Westber elevates a 1-1 pitch to pretty deep right center, but this one’s not going to get to the wall. East Lucas with a 12 pitch perfect second. 93 RA mostly out of the bullpen. Still some walk issues. That ball hit fair by Alli Sanchez. An O2 curveball. It’ll be the first Toronto hit of game one. and a double for Sanchez. He’s just added to the roster after that’s 18 years in the big leagues. Schneider chopper to third. Clean pick for the right throw. That will bring in a run for Toronto. It was a great scoop by Ramon Rias who played the hop beautifully. Going to see an eighth here from Lucas with a pitch count climbing. Popped him up left center field. Lucas will call off Lerido. Lucas lobs toward Lauriano and the throws off Guerrero’s glove as he wanted to cut it off. Another fly ball to left. Joey Lopero underneath it again. Henderson tags from third and scores. Four sacrifice flies in the first. Only three swings and misses induced. No strikeouts today. Addison Barger launches a first pitch change up to deep center field and gone. Base of the batter’s eyeball from Barger who bangs one out of here to drive in two. Barger. That ball lasered out to second by Clement. Good pick by West. One, two. There goes the runner. Now here come the Jays. They got a double steel play on and it does not work. Jackson tags low for veto at the plate. Henderson came up firing and Toronto runs itself out of the fourth. Really impressed the Blue Jays during the spring. Henderson slams the first one to center. Boy, he had he said I knew I had to do it on an 18 ining day. Nathan Lucas to left field. Colton Cowser. It’s pretty weird that a year later it’s another ground ball to third again. Urias this time makes an accurate throw to this two strike pitch. Wow. And it is a beautiful two seamer. Well, maybe his best fast ball elevated to right by Aras. And there’s Barger for the first out. And a fly ball crushed to right field by Mullins toward the wall. It will bang off the fence. Eludes the leaping barger. And O’Neal who got a late break will get to third. Clement to short. True hop. Henderson. He throws him out. He’s going to keep in Morton here for Sanchez. First pitch. Sanchez clobers it to left. Cowser ducks under it for the second out and ended up giving up a run to walk it off for the Padres’s in the ninth. Down to third. Bobbled by Wagner and that allowed to center. 109. And this falls to left center. That’s in the gap. Base hit for Henderson. Westberg’s waved home. Laurato takes an extra base. Tyler O’Neal first pitch swinging. O’Neal’s got a sacrifice fly in the game already. Forget that. It’s no sacrifice. Ramon Reas takes a one-1 pitch in the next at bat to center and gone. And the Orioles for the second straight game go back to back rider. Mullins shallow left center. Lafito’s coming a long way and he did not make the catch and Mullins never stopped running. So he is into second with a stand up double and 11 already today. Mayo pops it up. Local hoodie 97 of first pitch end of the bat. Trouble. This is trouble. Big trouble in little Baltimore. Had a couple of pitchcom issues today. Canowan Guerrero now in the air to right. Guerrero gets under it. O’Neal gets to it. Gunnar Henderson first pitch right center. Crushed. A three-run. What is the intent there? Oh no. Raone with a home run. One inning ago is going to go back to back home run derby in Baltimore. They are pouring it on. Four. Four and four. We’ll get the interns on it. Mullins. Every time a ball goes in the air now, everybody’s ready to lose their mind. And why right here on Massive Popped him up. It’ll be Ramona Rias two homer man. Days to come here at the deadline. There’s still going to be a lot of really talented hitters on this team. And as Mullins retired, Slug to right by Joey Lopeido. That’s going to go. Flagcourt home run and the first Paxton Schultz was here on the taxi squad. Couple of pieces in that bullpen could be moved around. Ball settles in Carlson’s glove. You got it up now. Who wanted us to read the promo? Get up. And I can’t do it. Cows are off the wall and right and he’s going to hoof it into second with a double, which is something probably a hitter didn’t want to see against position player. And boy, did he change there. Oh my gosh, that was the real third. He didn’t happy Gilmore. It that’s why Westber left center field. Back-to-back three hit games turn into a three hit game followed by a four hit game for Jordan Westburn. He’s got his second double. He scores. There’s Jackson Holiday. His first at bat. Good opposite field approach. Could it be? Yes, it could. The Orioles have tied the major league record since it was tracked in 1954 with five sacrifice flies in one game. That wasn’t a wolf. Regret Wolf room. Miles Straw. Oh, caught it there by Aras. Ramon Aras ends a day where he had his second career multi home run game by catching a line drive and the Orioles

Yikes
let’s goo o’s!!❤❤❤❤❤
Go OOOOOO's!
FFS, I didn't see this coming! Come on, Jays, really!
Ouch
Blue jays back to choking end of the regular season/postseason as usual😭😭😭
Not suspicious at all. A subpar last place team producing 27 runs, 30+ hits with 7 homeruns in 2 days all of the sudden. So pretty much since the yankees are not winning let's just spice games against the jays up to keep them close. Or hands down just give the orioles batting coach the nobel price already. Bs
Pathetic job by the Blue Jays. To go on that winning streak and then flop like a fish out of water. WTF?
Blue Jays pitching is trash
I don't understand the need to call up a triple A arm instead of go with your usual pitchers today. Yes, that means a couple of them will have pitched with one day less of rest, but with the off day Thursday, they would have made up for it on their next start.
