Gilbert Arenas on Dwyane Wade vs. James Harden: I’d put Dwyane in front of Harden — just because of how he played. We watched glimpses of his dominance before Shaq. We seen what he could’ve maxed out being.

  1. I’m taking Wade all day everyday he’s showing up when it matters. Harden is a monster regular season player tho respect to him

  2. This makes no sense Wade was just flat out a better player than Harden. No one says Rose was a better player then Nash because we saw glimpses of him in Chicago.

  3. They need to stop with this bum as comparison. Wade has 3 rings and is the 3rd best sg ever, enough is enough.

  4. Here’s how the math maths to me every time this arugment comes up

Peak Harden was a 98/100 offensive talent

Peak Wade was a 95/100 offensive talent

Peak Harden was at best a 60/100 defensive talent at his position

Peak Wade was at least a 90/100 defensive talent at his position

You only spend on average 50% of your minutes on a basketball court on offense. If you’re mediocre the other 50% of the time then you can’t be ranked better than someone who is great 100% of the time.

  5. Other great players + injuries “dimmed” his light. No injuries for his whole career and this guy has 6+ rings and his legacy is greater than Kobe’s

  6. The fact that media keeps having this debate between these two is funny.

Wade > all day, every day.

  7. Arenas got to taste that Wade dominance first-hand when he went nuclear on the Wiz in 2005. Shaq rested two games that series and Wade still swept them.
