7. Idk why some people say AJ Preller’s job is on the line. He depletes the farm for trades to help the team compete. Then easily replenishes the farm with elite scouting. Why would you get rid of him?

12. Royals fan here. Freddy is an awesome player. I am so sad to see him go but I understand why it happened. He is a very good defensive catcher and a quality bat. He is an even better person. He works his tail off and will be loved instantly in SD. I am pleased with what we got for him but I will always remember the Ferm Dog (yes, that is what he is called.) Rooting for you guys and hope everything works out for Freddy

14. I had a long day today at work, so I didn’t get to start catching up until after dinner tonight. My head is still spinning at everything my baseball team did today. 5 trades, 22 players. Preller is one busy guy and I really hope this brings us over the top this year!
