  1. My stomach did a full 180 dropping on that fly ball. Thank you wind.

Doomers in shambles Cubs 1-0 after the deadline

We sure Mark Buehrle didn’t start this game?

  2. Andrew Kittredge scoreless inning. Cubs undefeated since the deadline. Jed masterclass

  3. A win’s a win. At least we got to see Kitteregde’s stuff, which seems pretty good.

  4. Cubs had 2 no doubters knocked down by the wind. Seems only fair they have at least 1

  5. Can we just acknowledge the fact that this baseball game lasted less than 2 hours?

While I’m always down for more baseball, the changes made to the game have done miracles for speeding up the pace of play.

  6. The Wrigley wind giveth and taketh away.

Good to see us win one with it howling in, feels like we’ve struggled with these.

Cade Horton now with 17 straight scoreless innings. 👀

  7. Despite selling lots, O’s kept a lot of their absolutely hot bats. Keeping them down to 3H and 0 runs is good.

  8. Cade with a 1.26 ERA since July, absolutely love to see that and Shaw continuing to heat up

  9. Good win with some good pitching! Watched the game with my daughter who just started walking and at the end when Go Cubs Go was playing, she walked up to our TV and was touching the W flag on the screen. Been such a fun season to start sharing Cubs baseball with her!

  10. Horton isn’t getting enough respect for how he is performing as a rookie

  11. Shaw’s swing adjustment biggest deadline move. Going to be a difference maker for this team
