Biggest Turnaround – An Analysis #mlb #baseball
The biggest turnaround in sports needs a full breakdown. Gino Suarez was over the hump in his mid30s, prime behind. My man washed up in Seattle and he was not invited back. Well, that boy thawed in the Valley of the Sun. A rising phoenix belting balls into the dry heat at a rate only one big beehive can contend with this year. So, what is this story? I’m going to need that one back. It’s actually pretty straightforward. When Gino stood tall in Seattle, here’s what it looked like. Visuals courtesy of Mike Patrio here. Watch what happens as we fast forward to today. He’s moved nearly a foot closer to the pitcher. Why is that important? Well, now that intercept point is slightly further out in front for that pole power, and the ball tends to enter higher in the zone for him where he tends to kill pitches. via Mariner scout I spoke with. He’s catching breaking balls just a little earlier and higher and he used to struggle with those below the zone. It’s kind of crazy that he didn’t make this adjustment earlier in his career. Maybe nobody pointed it out to him. Maybe he was against the change, but it serves as notice that it’s never too late to consider an adjustment. He’s also got the best flow in the league. This guy’s dope. Now come back to see how

Geno's home!ššš
Second time a Geno from Seattle had a unprecedented comeback. More research needs to be done on this, so get on it
Atlanta Braveās Lonnie Smith would like a word š
No one likes the Mariners, they all smell like rotten fish.
OG Eugenio was with the Reds.
Hey you got your wish. š
Funny that the Mariners traded for someone they just salary dumped. Amazing how some organizations are able to get through to players
Do you know what the biggest turnaround ever was?
It was the story of Paul. Yep the apostle Paul. Paul was out there killing Christians. He murdered them just because he thought they were wrong. Well on his way to Damascus to kill some more Christians, Paul was encountered by Jesus Christ. Jesus then told him āwhy do you persecute me?ā Paul repented that moment and lived on to be a great missionary for Christ.
The cool thing about this is that we arenāt any worse than Paul was. We are sinners. Weāve lied, stolen, and had lustful thoughts. If Jesus could save Paul that means He can save us.
The Bible says āthe wages of sin is deathā because weāve sinned we deserve death on earth and after that an eternity of suffering but it continues āthe gift of God is eternal life through Jesus our Lord.ā Jesus (who is God) came to earth lived a perfect life and died on a cross for our sins. He lied in a tomb for 3 days and rose again defeating death. We can accept this gift that heās given us. We must humble ourselves, have faith is Jesus (faith is trusting that He can save you) and confess our sins to Him so He can save us.
Salvation isnāt the end tho. Once ur saved you now have a responsibility to Jesus. He saved you so you need to tell others of Him, live for Him, follow His commandments. There is no salvation without surrender.
So the choice you have today is: accept Jesus and do what He says in this life so we can live for eternity
Or
Live for yourself, reject Christ, and spend a eternity regretting it in eternal death
The choice is yours
Pete rose said on mlb network, any hitter can make 6 different adjustments. Move close or farther from pitcher, closer or farther from plate, or choke up or lengthen your bat
Uhhhhh so who does that ābeee-hindā belong to?
We're gonna miss him here in AZ
Iām fully convinced that there are like. 500+ players capable of being MLB talents
But like 300 of them are 1 micro adjustment away from actually being able to⦠hit an MLB slider⦠lay off the curve⦠whatever that oh so small adjustment is, IS the difference in MLB and why I find baseball interesting as an adult
Like the number of guys who will come out of nowhere, be fire for 2-3 seasons, then fade right out of mlb (BRIAN DOZIER) Just astounds me. It absolutely doesnāt happen to that extent in any other sport
You be loving the MLB now that the Mariners are wining !!! Cal 4 mvp
This is the kind of adjustment Ted Williams would make mid-at-bat. Perfectly logical really. If you're over the breaking balls, you need to hit the ball sooner, before it drops too low.
