J.P. Crawford with the WALK-OFF HOME RUN for the Mariners 💥 Reporter Gets Soaked

and lefties I should say. Line right field and he finds a pitch he can handle. Drives it on a line to right and the Mariners have the tying run aboard. Yeah, he has made that transition rather quickly. He’s seen a lot of at bats left on left and he smokes that ball to right. Big reason why. Look, he’s only hitting 200 but just really good swings. Has a certain comfort level against lefties as well. Plus the fact that a situation here defensively what you do to take him out of this game but way start speaking. There’s Miles Mastroy. Some speed at first base can zone did his job. He reaches for the second time tonight and is done. Tying runners aboard. Here is JP Cropper. Ball one. Two balls, no strikes. Garver has arrived on deck. He will bat for Cole Young. A little ways away from Cal Raleigh, but getting close. First move over to keep Master Bony close to the bag. Yeah, the Mariners are not shy about their base running trying to get that those extra bags. Top five when you’re talking about stolen bases. Be careful right here with Garcia out to right field. Way back there. JP Crawford. Game winner walk off fashion in the ninth inning. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. What a scene. What a moment. JP Crawford walk-off home run and the Mariners win four to three. Jen, I love that JP knew just to come on over and talk about that home run. JP, you’re up 20 in that count. What are you expecting to happen next in the at bat? Just don’t miss the fast ball. Uh, put a good swing on it. Try to get the guy over. Thanks. All right, JP, you got me. You got me, JP. I’ll take that highlight. Okay, you’re trying not to miss a fast ball. How can you see this team respond in the late innings though after falling behind early? Yeah, you just never give up. Uh game’s not over till three outs in the ninth and we show a lot of heart. This team has a lot to fight and that’s what we do. How much do the fans pump you up there? And and have you felt the fans in the last couple of days? Oh yeah, absolutely. You guys have been electric. You know, bring your next two days. You guys are the key to this. So, thank you guys. I think you’re going to go inside and celebrate. I’m going to go find a towel. How’s that sound? Yeah. Oh my goodness gracious. JP gets the Trident. We all get to celebrate a little bit of fireworks early right before the show. The Mariners take game two of the series 43 in the bottom of the ninth. Heat. Heat.

  1. I can see the Mariners passing the Astros before the month is over. As a SF fan I always rooted for the M's in the AL. I know we're enemies in football, but no hate for Seattle in baseball. When you have a lineup with Raleigh, Suarez, Naylor, Rodriguez, Arozarena you can expect a home run by one or two of these guys on most nights.

  2. I love basketball and football but there's nothing like walk off home run we dream of that when we are kids saying base loaded 2 outs bottom of the 9th home run anyone that playes baseball has all done it

  3. I was at that game and watching the the ball soar out was incredible Especially when the Mariners had failed to get anything out all day was such a special experience. I was yelling at the top of my lungs when I saw Geno hit the ball to center just for it to be caught. So to see us finally get one out and let alone a walk off was insane. What a game by the team today just incredible. The park was rocking and the atmosphere inside the park was just electric tonight. Go MARINERS!!!🔱⚾️

  4. It’s been so long since the mariners ownership really did something that signaled to the fans and team that they are actually going to try to win it all. It’s only been a few days but the energy is noticeably different, both in the clubhouse and in the stands. And honestly, I think Texas is more of a threat than Houston right now so this series is much bigger than it appears. It’s almost like playoff baseball in August! Mariners really need to go on a streak here and it’s a prime opportunity.
