I liked what Schlitler done in that game so much. Started using his curveball right away, but he started using as a first strike get me over either O count or 10 count. Guys are not sitting curveball. Then a little later, he starts using it on low and away to get strike two. Now I’m going to use it. Even if you do swing, it’s going to be a nice pitch. And then he stayed there and no one hit it. Threw like four balls. Pride of the Yankees brought to you by DraftKings. He pitched great! Was really impressed watching him live. Not his fault the bats went quiet. He made two mistakes over 5. In times like these, all about perspective.
