Something is up here, like is there a conspiracy to stop us from winning because the league doesn’t want the WS to be played at a minor league park?

Yep. That’s it. Totally.
Just a game of inches. Rays lost a lot of 1-0 or 1 run games and had a few weeks or month of hotness. We as fans can only… know nothing.
This chart gives the Rays six extra wins, so there’s that
We came with a terrible bullpen and we have many hitters who can’t even hit a watermelon.
The case cracker.
I mean, we’ve been unlucky, but it’s also that this has been Cash’s worst year as a manager, and the teams roster decisions have also just been super questionable.
While there may be some truth behind this conspiracy, we’re also just not a good team this year, despite that little winning streak tease that happened in June.
Nah, we’ve just been unlucky.
Went to the game yesterday v Shohei & the Dodgers. The place was maybe 2/3 full at best….in a minor league park. That’s embarrassing.
The ticket surges don’t help either. I don’t understand why they’d rather sell one seat at $300+ instead of 10 seats at $50. Nobody is paying $300+ for a regular season game to sit in 95F + 1000% humidity.
Not trying to be nasty, but have you watched the games? Because if you have it’s pretty self explanatory unfortunately
We live in an age of conspiracy theories. Maybe the team just isn’t very good right now.
