  1. in the aggregate:

    defense, bad

    offense, bad

    pitching, bad

    baserunning, bad

    coaching, BAD

oh well lets win 10 in a row now

  2. Lost cuz of one nightmare inning and poor baserunning calls. See yall tmrw!

  3. …and to think they need a win tomorrow to have a 7-6 homestand.
A homestand that some thought would be a 9-4 or even a 10-3 launching point, considering who they played.

  4. Besides that 2-run HR, Soriano really wasn’t even getting hit hard during that 4th inning from hell. A lot of it was classic Rays baseball; making contact on anything close and hitting it where we ain’t. Something about that 4th inning man, the pitch to contact just doesn’t work against certain lineups the 2nd time through the order. This is partly why I’ve been saying the trajectory for Soriano is becoming a high whiff/strikeout guy. He obviously has the stuff to do so. I just don’t know how much time it would take to reinvent himself in that way.

Also, count your days Bo Porter

  5. Maybe Soriano should just be converted back to an elite bullpen arm. this dude blows up in a single inning all the time
