Last night was brutal, but I still have a lot of confidence in Kittredge. He stuff plays, he was just a little off
He’s been solid!! Got squeezed by the umpires last night, but all his appearances have been honestly great so far
Redemption probably feels good after he almost made me throw up last night. Happy he rebounded
Tbf blue forced Kittredge into the middle of the zone last night. He was *painting* and wasn’t getting the calls.
It floors me that our franchise only has *six* immaculate innings. Guess I never realized how rare they are.
Has anybody given up 9 straight hits on 9 pitches?
What’s an immaculate inning? I’ve been watching baseball for decades and never heard the term.
Baseball is a beautiful, weird, fickle lady. Way to bounce back.
Ok but the umpire gave him at least 2 or 3 calls there. So I don’t know. Could be a lot different. could’ve given up a three run home run.
Just shows that each game is a different performance. Some days your stuff isn’t up to snuff and you get tagged. Then you turn around the next day and toss a frame as perfect as can be while striking out the side. Each day is a new one, so don’t dwell on what happened yesterday.
