I remember when this was happening and being reported live through different tweets and they literally held him hostage to prevent him from signing with dallas. Absolutely bonkers and it felt like it just came and went. Not to mention they went theough all that effort just to dismantle the team right after

i’ll always wonder what numbers DeAndre Jordan would’ve put up as the focal point of the offense. its hilarious in hindsight Dallas was going to build around Jordan and Wesley Matthews. honestly robbed us of a potentially hilarious timeline.
Clippers would have probably signed Javale McGee to replace DJ had he left for Dallas.
