That is not what this means or how these stats are supposed to be read
The best version of this team has a producing version of Kepler on it, as crazy as that sounds at this stage. You need OF power out of someoneone.
Are we going back to liking him now lol
Yes I’ll like him if he hits
I’m honestly starting to think if he keeps it up we should platoon him with Casty and leave Bader and Marsh in most days.
At this point, they are a better team when Kepler starts versus right-handed starters. I don’t see that becoming the new starting lineup, but people need to stop complaining when he starts over Castellanos.
If Kepler, Stott and Marsh are even average, oh watch out boy!
sometimes bullying works (philly love version)
I like Kepler but you get weary of ground balls to second base. I don’t expect him to be in a Phillies uniform next year.
Every time I’m convinced he’s thoroughly useless and I never want to see him again, he goes and has a good game.
Big KEP DOG
If nothing else, Kepler has good discipline at the plate. Last I checked, he’s 3rd on the team in walks, while not playing 100% of the time.
As well, his fielding is light years better than Casty, since Kepler is a good fielder to begin with. If Kepler stays hot, wouldn’t mind seeing him a bit more in RF. Marsh/Bader/Kepler is a good defensive outfield.
3 postseasons of our bats going cold hopefully means we can get one where they get warmer, right? Right??
