So, let me describe the window. For the past 5 years, it was wide open. It’s cracked now. Is there a chance that the 49ers missed their window? I can confidently say whatever the Niners are doing, I don’t like it. So, you do have these big question marks here. And I think the window closed. Close. Lock. Pull the curtains closed on this version of the 49ers window. Everybody thinks your window’s closed, George. I’m not going to lie. Thing about windows is you can just throw a chair through and break it open. They have one of the best coachs in the league. Oh yeah, they also added Robert Salah. I thought the San Francisco 49ers absolutely crushed the draft. Mike Williams, Alfred Collins, Nick Martin, CJ West. This is what they were. This is when Shanahan and Lynch took over. This is how the team was formed. You still got major key pieces on this team that still like, hey, we just reloaded. They are the sleeper team of the 2025 NFL season. The tone is that you got to go earn it. And I know we have some very motivated players to do just that. You know, this is the beginning to a long journey together. And obviously the goal is to go all the way. And every building starts from the bottom up. A high-rise isn’t built in the day. It takes a lot to be a 49er. [Music] Yeah, it’s crazy how fast everything’s gone, but going into year four, I mean, a couple emotions. It’s like obviously after last year and everything, I’m so excited to get back after it this year and get back on track kind of deal with all the guys. And last year was last year. It’s all about this year, one day at a time, one practice at a time, and then eventually one game at a time. So, I’m excited for that. It’s been a long offseason, so we’ve had a lot of reflection and everything over the last couple years. And um it’s it’s just been long, you know, from January all the way now till, you know, late July. It’s like, all right, you know, I’m itching to get back itching to get back on the field, compete. um got a lot of new guys that we got to bring along and this is always a fun time of year too because you figure out like you know who you are as a team and and going into the season you know what it’s going to take with the group of guys that you got. So I’m excited. Every team every year is slightly different and um I feel like during training camp you know you go through good times, bad times, adversity, conflict, like those are all the things that you need to do before you go into battle. Um and the season’s long and you’re going to face all these kinds of things in the season. So it’s like, you know, during training camp, can we, you know, start put some pressure on ourselves and, you know, go into the fire a little bit and you find out who you are, which is it’s a good thing. You know, you want to know who you are going into the into the season and understand what it’s going to take and who you’re going to go to battle with beside you, you know, whether it’s on offense, defense, special teams. You know, this is the beginning, like you said, to a long journey together. And obviously the goal is to go all the way. And you know, that’s a legit, you know, seven or so months of being together, competing together. This is a crucial time of year. Um, you know, coming into camp and you want to have a good camp so that you have confidence and everything rolling into the season. Um, so big time of year for us right here. I I feel like there’s always like this simple part of it where it’s what you’re about to go through is tough. It’s not easy. It’ll never get easier. Like it’s all it’s football. It’s 11 on 11. Everyone comes in healthy and and ready to play every single year. That’s the challenge of it. That’s the NFL. And honestly, I love, you know, the challenge of that. We’ve got some breaking news out of the NFL where the San Francisco 49ers and quarterback Brock Puring have agreed to a 5-year, $265 million contract extension. Yeah, I mean, it’s one of the highest honors, you know, that I’ve been able to, you know, sort of have or achieve in my life is to be the starting quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers. And um you know, I don’t take that lightly at all. I’m every single day, man, I I have to pinch myself and I’m just extremely grateful. But with that being said, it’s like, you know, we have an opportunity now to to go and win and do some big things. And I got a great organization, a great team around me. And you know, every every day I’m telling myself, all right, what can I do to to get myself better and be the quarterback that this organization and team needs? So, always trying to find little things to improve on and get better at and, you know, trying to focus on my mindset, what that needs to be every single day, practice, games, situation, um, all those things. And so, this is my my window of my life where I got to be all in on it. And I’m going to do everything I can to help help this team and organization win. So, I’m excited for it. Year four. Let’s go. Let’s go. So, they let me in this year. All right, let’s go. All right, what’s up, guys? The best way to build your body to make it through a year is building that callus. All right, I really believe in three practices in a row as we go through camp. I can’t always do it, all right? Because of scheduling and stuff, but that’s what our goal is. All right, the more we can practice three days in a row and fight through soreness and stuff is the more you build that callus. So, we can do it the right way during the year. We do it with a mountain. All right. So, when you look at all these three-day blocks, our goal is to get the highest day 40 40 reps. All right. And we will do that on our 12th practice. And that 12th practice just happens to be versus the Broncos. All right? That’s the way it falls on it. That will be the most reps we do. We’ll build up to that and then for the last two weeks, we’ll build it back so we get that natural rest. All right. That happens with that extra week and stuff and the final week of preseason. So, we’re fresh for week one. Any questions? It’s my least favorite meeting of the year because I get not one thing of football film involved. Let’s get that over with. All right, fellas. See you in a bit. I think this year the 49ers head into the season a little bit under the radar. I think it does kind of set up a scenario where a lot of these guys enter the season with something to prove. These are established guys with a lot of pride. And so to see that maybe very few people are picking them uh as contenders in the NFC, I think that enables them to go into the season feeling as if they have something to prove. Welcome to training camp 2025. You guys excited for this season? I can tell you we sure are. Believe me, you feel and you rely on the energy of your fans. And I know that there’s no better fans than the faithful. So, let’s have a great season in 2025. We’re really excited about this group. They’re working hard to make you proud and again bring that energy all day long. All right. Thank you very much. What’s up? How you doing? How you doing, man? I’m good. Mike. Mike. Nice to meet you. Yes, sir. Nice to meet you, man. Yes, sir. Want to throw a little bit poon that boy throwing it high. First down. Oh, hut. There we go. 21 21 first play of the year. Top 18 back. Come on. What’s good? Good. Yeah. You have fun yet? Yeah. PT little bro. What’s up? That’s it. You never throw it to the inside guy. Why? New guys. Come on. No. Just be used to us and maybe Trent. You had to remind me. Maybe Trent Williams. We got to get him. He’s never scored a touchdown. So, we got to That’s the goal this year is to win the Super Bowl, but also tripling the touchdown. Wide open to win the game. Big boys, let’s go. Let’s get it. Let’s go. Back. My gosh. [Music] What up? What’s up, boys? What’s up, boys? You know what I mean? I don’t mean to interrupt, but I mean to interrupt. What’s up? Hey, Rick. Hopefully it wasn’t that important. Did you uh run stuff? Oh, I got you. Nice. One day at a time, one rep at a time. How you feeling today? We’ll get there. We’ll get there. But when I come back, bro, hold me accountable on all my depths. I got you. All the time and stuff. Make sure like I’m on time with you, bro. Yeah. I don’t want anything like for me like I just don’t want anything left on the table. You feel me? Whatever I can do for you, bro. It’s going to be fun, bro. What? [Applause] What? Nice. Good run. I still remember the day you made the team. Just so humble and just happy. I know he did. And I was like, “This is what it’s all about.” Like actually seeing a feel good story. That’s wild. Thank you, brother. Appreciate you, bro. Love you. Start with you. Let’s go. Thanks for coming over. No problem, boy. Got you. Yes, sir. Let’s go, dude. Happy birthday. Hey you. Who signed this right here? Sour Sam. Oh, let’s go. You only sign because you’re miked up. No. Give me one thing. I go I go once a week. Once a week. I do all 10 days. This guy’s annoying, dude. All 10 days. Sorry that I hold you to a standard higher than you hold yourself. That’s a good one, isn’t it? That’s a lie. That’s a good one, though, isn’t it? [Music] Hey, what y’all doing? What y’all doing? We out of the rain now. It’s raining out there. Yeah. How are you doing? I’m good. Just going through training camp, taking it all day by day, but it’s been fun though. Just going out there learning every day from everybody else and things like that. Yeah. Sound like camp’s been good so far. Yeah. Days don’t be too bad. They just be long. Waking up at seven, coming back to the room nine o’clock, getting ready for bed, check 10:30, then doing it again. But it’s been fun though. That’s good. So, you do what you do, huh? Yeah. Yeah. Not too bad. Gone, boy. Gone. Got to take it everybody’s day by day. But yeah, I’m excited. I can’t wait. Can’t wait to see what the stadium talking about and the fans. I’m ready to hear the fans screaming things like that. We can’t wait to see it either. I know we down the days. I know. I know y’all ready to get out here. Y’all ain’t even seen the crib yet. I know you ready to get out here. We are We are excited about that. Take it all in at one time. Yeah, you almost all set over there. Yeah, I got everything packed. Yeah, you see I got some arcade games in there. Some Pac-Man. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, that’s my game. So, what’s your high score over there? I think I got I don’t even remember if I tell you I be making it up so I don’t even remember. Well, I’m gonna tell you better get unresty because I’m getting ready. E, you can’t beat me. You cannot beat me. You cannot beat me. That was my game back in the day. I’ve been beating your dad up in bat gaming. You bat bat gaming. Yeah. I never heard of that. I don’t even know what that is. That’s what I’m saying. What is that? That was before your time. What is that card game? Oh, that must have been That’s what y’all was playing when I was there, huh? Yeah, that’s with Domino’s. No, it kind of No, it’s the round things instead of the um rectangle, but no, it’s in the case and everything. Like I said, that was before your time. You gonna have to Google that one, baby. Yeah. All I know all I know is spades. I’m going to go up to the facility in a little bit. I’ll call y’all later though whenever I get to it done. All right. I love y’all. It’s been fun going out there to compete with everybody and just feeding off of the brains. It’s a lot of good great players out there and it’s fun just going out there and just seeing where I’m at with everybody and just being able to jail with everybody. I love to play football. I love to make plays and I don’t know it’s like ain’t nothing being better than out there making plays with the guys around you having fun. So I feel like the moment I’m not having fun, laughing about it, passionate about it, really trying everything, the moment I’m done with it. So like while I’m doing it, I’m always laugh and just have fun and really just try to bring the energy out of everybody. I feel like the first day of pass symbolizes I guess toughness because you know everybody’s tough with helmets on and shorts and shirts but it’s like when you get pass on you really can see like is you really about that you really going to put your nose and is you really going to get physical and things like that. So I really feel like that’s the first day pass really just marking that standpoint it’s like yeah this is what I’m this is what I’m bringing this is what I’m on for the rest of the time I’m here. vibing a bag of snacks. Rookie duties. Ain’t nothing like it. Got to make sure you know everybody straight while we in meetings. Boss, man. Good morning. How you doing, man? I’m good about yourself. Takis like I don’t even know if people are still eating these. Like it’s crazy. Honey buns. Slim Gems. Big bag of gummies. Oh man, it goes on and on all day. I think I got like five bags of sunflower seeds. I don’t know what it is, but them boys don’t play about them seeds. It ain’t too bad though. They ain’t I don’t know. I done seen some bad rookie duties, but they they don’t do us too bad. They be showing us a lot of love. This really the first thing like the rookies really had to do was the snacks. And I know they said like provide food for the planes and stuff, but like that’s cool. That ain’t too bad from all the other stuff I’ve been seeing. Shoot, it’s heavy enough to feed a whole defense for this for a training camp. And now a quick break for a little trivia presented by SAP. What year were the 49ers founded? Was it 1946, 1948, or 1949? The correct answer is 1946. The team is named after the 1849 California Gold Rush, not the founding gear. Hope you got that one right, faithful. Now, back to the build. Just like any other thing, you can’t make two first impressions. So, first day of pads, you want to make your right first impression. There’s going to be a tone set. There’s going to be a message delivered. And whether you like it or not, that’s the way football is. There’s an aggressor and then there’s a respondent. You never want to be the respondent. You always want to be the aggressor. I love ratatouille. Ratatouille. Nah, that movie hard though. The best. Oh god. I’ll try to get a pet rat. Pet rat so he can cook. Oh yeah. Let me get Well, we cooking today. First day of pass. Real football starts. Can’t wait, man. So, we ain’t put these on in what, 6 months. Thank you. miked up too. He said, “Yeah, that’s on camera, too.” This is hyena 101. Miked up first day, you know, first day of pass. Oh, yeah. I’m miked up, coach. Dang, man. Made me cursing around you. Yeah. Yeah. But like I was saying, this is first day, first day of pass. We coming out here. It’s we flying around intensity and we about to show y’all the 2020 5 49ers. I gravitated towards that kind of after the Philly game where I when I made that big hit over the middle. Oh my goodness. Lenor with an unbelievable hit and Swift is slow to get up. Wow. They was kind of like you need like a you need like a like a name. I’m like I wanted to be an animal. I started looking back at all the animals and I’m like, you know, it’s it’s honey badgers, it’s bears, it’s lions, it ain’t no hyena. So that’s how I came up with that. Oh, I like this song. When I’m feeling it, when I’m feeling a song, it just make you play. It make you want to, you know, it make you want to Yeah, I’m ready. I’m cold with it cuz you want to see what BA do. He go like this. Look, Drew trying to coach him up on how to Drew was in a DB room for three years. Now he want to Now he want he want to help them and and start telling them our secrets. Let’s go. Come on, boy. Have a day, boy. Have a day, y’all. Go. Hey, let’s get it, man. Day one of pass. Let’s fly around. Let’s be attentive. Let’s lock in on the detail. DV’s on B. DV’s on three. 1 2 3 [Music] biggest difference for me between year one and year two is definitely just the comfortability level, knowing the playbook, knowing the offense. I think last year was just a big learning curve for me. You know, it’s hard to learn, especially when you’re going against the best players in the world. Like you’re learning while at the same time you got to perform. And uh year two, just being more comfortable um in my position knowing you have a full season under your belt makes it a lot easier for year two. [Music] Good work. Good work, man. I’ve stopped caring about oneonone. I look at it as like good work. My approach to this year’s camp is just to be a lock down shutdown CB1. Build the confidence of of my teammates, you know, in me, you know, so when the ball goes in the air that that they know is going to be in our favor. the type of person it takes to be offensive lineman is very very interesting especially in football because you know you’re not going to get a lot of the spotlight. Um you really only get announced if you get like a holding call or a penalty. It’s the only way people really know you. It’s it’s fun knowing that you got five guys who have really good chemistry and really can win or lose a game just how they play up front. Uh you got to be gritty, you got to be tough. Um I think those are the two biggest attributes to being a lineman and on top of that just being smart enough to play the game and then performing under pressure. I think those are all the main components. You ready? I hope you ain’t nervous. I hope you ain’t nervous to be great. I’ve grown as a leader, you know, just being more vocal. Kind of putting my arm around the young guys and really showing them the way. My relationship with my boy Stout. He remind me of myself coming in, but a lot a lot smarter. I would say the way he he didn’t picked up the nickel position and the way the game didn’t slow down for him. you know, I just got much respect because it was just like yesterday when I was when I was helping him out, when he was asking me for help and then now to see it come alive and, you know, have full effect and him making plays and him doing his thing out there, you know, I I’m just happy for him. Yes, sir. Let’s go. Let’s go. IGB. Yeah, IG YB. I know y’all seen that. Ran over there. Push me. How was your first day? Smoke. How about you? Hey, hold up. You want to shout out somebody? You want to shout somebody out? Oh, shout out to my mama, man. You know what I’m saying? Mama, bro. Okay. Hey, shout out to my mom, too. Love you, mama. Oh, yeah. Shout out to the Niners football, Niners defense. We won the day and we coming back tomorrow and the next day and the next day to do our thing. Go Niners. First day of pass complete in the book. Year two. It’s a good day. A lot of stuff to clean up. Obviously, it’s day one stuff, but uh a lot of positive to take from it, too. I’m looking forward to this year, man. We got a good squad. We got a great squad, actually. And man, we just flying around out here. I’m really excited for the season. And uh man, that’s a wrap on day one. I appreciate y’all coming with me. Big boy. Y’all be looking mad here. Big boy. They do. What’s up, boy? What’s up, boy? What’s up? He like the only one I know that don’t care about the grass. Put him down. There you go. Oh my goodness. What’s up? You like what’s going on? What’s all these people? What’s up? We came from Georgia where it was storms every single day. So, coming here with no rain at all is amazing. I was also a player’s kid, so it was nice to see my dad at work. He’ll be able to look back at this and say that he came to see his dad from a baby to however long Jason plays. The camp is very, very long, but Deuce helps him. He’s able to unwind and that’s the first person he goes to at home, his dudes. I think fatherhood is actually helping Jason in a lot more ways than he thinks. Yeah. You like, who is these people? You know, he’s a second. We call him Deuce. He won’t remember it, but I still watch those same videos. My dad played at IU um in the Big 10. I still look at those videos of me two years old running on the field. you know, it’s it’s motivation to me. I still watch his videos before every game. Um, it’s just it’s nostalgic to me and to know that, you know, it’s a legacy. I talk about it with my pops all the time. Like, that was a dream he had. Man, I don’t take it for granted. Not one second. Not one second. He wants to walk all day, as you can see. So, she hates it when I’m not home cuz he get fussy if he’s sitting down for too long. That’s what I do with him all day. Or he sits in my lap while I play the game and he stares at the game. Tell tell him stop making you walk. That’s his chill. Let you chill. Man, he get fussy on. Yeah, I’m looking forward to the joint practice with uh Broncos. First time. Well, for me here with a new team um back in this system to not only go against Kyle and his offense, but somebody else, you know, and get a a week of preparation, get to see tendencies, run pass personnel, etc. So I think that’s always important cuz it’s a practice of how you go through your week, you know, and how you prepare, what you watch throughout the week. So I think it’s going to be big for us. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Hey,

  1. You should be more reactif on YouTube by putting lots of videos like the eagles or raiders or steelers…. not just interviews we need more inside, no excuse this year we should win the super bowl, let's go niners !!

  2. ILL SAY IT TIL IM BLUE IN THE FACE, PLEASE STRETCH MORE!!! IT HELPS PREVENT INJURIES….I MEAN LOOK AT DENVER STRETCHING AND WE WHERE NOT??

  3. That’s my quarterback even after a 265 million dollar contract still humble as day 1 and loyally driving his Toyota the company that gave him his first real bag no Ferrari no groupies just focused on winning couldn’t be prouder of a guy leading our team.

  4. Honestly would like to see an offensive coordinator on calling plays I think Shanahan is overrated as a play caller a good play caller can run an offense when everyone is healthy but when players start getting injured you see how average Shanahan is
