Milwaukee Brewers Win 12 Straight: FREE BURGERS FOR EVERYONE! Mark Tauscher Joins! – JM&M 8.13.25
Everybody’s ego takes a shot on this show. You got to keep your chill with Jim, Matt, and Molly. I am savage. So, you’re not special, dude. If we want to play this game, we can we can play this game. And I’m just like, “Oh my god, this guy’s going to swing on Jim.” Can use a complicated belt. People like me. I don’t think so. This is Jim, Matt, and Molly streaming exclusively on the ESPN Madison YouTube channel. I’ve never seen anything like this. You have to almost think it’s cosmic. Into left center. Perkins calling for it. He’ll make the catch and the Brewers do throw their 11th shut out of the season to win their 11th game in a row. Woo! Well, the Brewers after this one, they’re going to have everybody at George Webb on the edge of their seats and everybody that loves free hamburgers paying very close attention to tomorrow’s ball game. Broadcasting live from the Everlate Solar Studio. It’s burger time. The crowd is really excited. They know what’s at stake, Dick. Thousands lined up for one reason and one reason only. Get a hamburger. Fire up the grills. It’s 12 wins in a row for the best team in baseball. Years ago, George Webb himself promised that when a Milwaukee baseball team won 12 consecutive games, he’d give away free hamburgers. Burgers for everyone. Corn dogs, Jackie. Corn dogs for all these people. The profits win and this crowd is going crazy. Crazy for corn dogs. And Jackie Moon gives us a victory lap. Right out the door. Two-2 line drive up the middle. Base hit. Oh, Christian Yelich delivers again. And two runs will score. From third, Ortiz from second. Freelick. First to third. Contrarus Yelli’s got a two out, two-run single. It’s another fourrun inning for the Red Hot Brewers. Wow. 125 Milwaukee. And you can smell the burgers on the grills. Meyers out of the stretch. the pitch and a swing and a miss. He struck him out. Would you like fries with that? 12 in a row for the crew. 12 to five your final. The Brewers with their second longest winning streak in the regular season in franchise history. Around the world, burger time. It’s a celebration. It is. It’s burger time. Jim, Matt, and Molly exclusively on the ESPN Madison YouTube channel for a short duration of time. We’ll be joined by the radio audience here in just a few minutes upon the conclusion of our Brewers Radio Network postgame show. No Jim Rutled. That’s a good thing today. Yeah, he’d probably tell us why. Well, they should be 12 games win in a row at this point. Yeah, this is we don’t need him on our part. And then you had an injured Braves team. You’ve got a Pirates team that were sour at the deadline. Like rough game. You should have this streak. That was my best gym. That was pretty good. Pretty good. He’s the Olympic gold medalist Matt Hamilton. Prime time Ryan Wersshime is behind the glass running our program. My name is Jesse Nelson in for Jim and Molly as we’ve been throughout the course of the week, which means this is day three of Ham and Jelly. Yeah. And what a day it is. 12 in a row for the Milwaukee Brewers. They sweep the Pittsburgh Pirates. And free George Web’s burgers for everybody. It’s burger time. It is the third time ever the Brewers have won 12 consecutive games. However, that stat comes with an asterisk, Matt Hamilton, because the last time it happened was in 2018 at the end of the season. The Brewers won, I think it was eight straight games at the end of the regular season. They won game 163 against the Cubs. They swept the Rockies and then won game one of the NLCS against the Dodgers. So, they won 12 consecutive games into the postseason, but they only finished with it was seven or eight regular season wins at the end of the 2018 season. So, on the Brewers TV Network broadcast today and on the radio network, we saw the stat. This is the second time they’ve ever done this in franchise history. It is actually the third, but for regular season metrics, this is the first time since 1987 that the Brewers have had a 12game winning streak in a single regular season. And we get to celebrate here today, Matt Hamilton, with our own version of burgers. It’s burger time. Everybody on TV and on the radio network, everybody had George Webb’s burgers. Well, the nearest George Webs is quite a long distance from us here in Madison, so I did the best that I could uh partaking by a local establishment going to get Where’s yours, by the way? Well, I I felt like to keep with continuity with this Brewers team, I had to put it in my pocket, so it’s in my pizza pocket. Oh, you snuck that past me. Look, it was egregious behavior. Look at everyone here on the ESPN Madison YouTube channel. He’s wearing the pizza pocket sweatshirt today. Out comes the pizza and there’s the burger. You You rascal. It fits. It fits nicely in the pizza pocket. I’m starting to realize this is just a food pocket. I should probably hook up uh Pat Murphy with one of these. Pancakes will fit in that little pocket. Pancakes would fit in this. You are really the original pocket eater of the squad. You’re conducive to a winning ball club. Yeah, I think I definitely beat Pat Murphy to it. I think at least. Well, yeah. you talking about it cuz once I got this sweatshirt I immediately came into the office with a piece of pizza in it for the walls and uh turns out turns out I’ve used it I got it I took it to New York I was going to a jazz show uh later in the evening around like 9:30 10:00 stopped and got a single slice of pizza stuffed it in my pocket went to the jazz show when I got hungry I had a piece of pizza to eat I forgot you even had this pizza pocket sweatshirt now here you are and you’re putting it to good use with the pizza warmer and the burger inside of it that you just pulled out. Prime Time Woolers, you got your burger back there? I do have my nondescript burger back there. Well, again, it’s not from George Webs and it’s not from a partner sponsoring Jim, Matt, and Molly. So, we will not say where the burgers came from, but my treat everybody, burgers on me here as the Brewers have won 12 consecutive games. Oo, cheeseburgers, too. Yeah. Yeah. So, and I’m Yeah, we’re going to while you first bite them right on the air. Yeah. Chewing in the mic. I mean, that was the plan. I thought Yeah, I guess. I just never realized that until now. This This is burger ASMR. We’re not We’re not going to not only on YouTube. This is why we’re doing it YouTube only. Exactly. That’s the point of this. Someone once said, “Don’t eat when you’re on the air.” Well, good thing we’re not on the air. We’re only on YouTube. Thanks for the YouTube digital audience, huh? How’s that for resting snack face, Jim? If anything, if anything, you’re proving his point. You really are. And that’s not a resting snack face. That is an active snack face right there. Active snack face. Getting a workout today. I do appreciate the burger though. Like, this this sweatshirt feels incomplete without some food in the pocket. So, I appreciate you bringing it in. Brewers getting it done 12 in a row. Just again, Jesse, this all goes back to me and you calling the Brewers out. You and I, Matt. Yep. Back to the lowest point of their season so far. We decided that they were not good enough and it wasn’t up to snuff for Brewers fans. Well, what was the date that you called it for? I said the 19th is when I said that the Brewers were boring. You said they were boring and they should score more runs. And since then, they’ve been the best offensive team in all of baseball. highest difference in uh run differential. Yeah, that’s a stat that I’m most home runs in August coming into today, by the way, which which I think they probably still have them at this point. Yeah. Well, they have three today. I think they had three. Yeah, they had 23 coming into today. No, I think five yesterday. It’s August 13th. It’s August 13th on So, my my favorite stat and I shared this on Willie and Tal earlier this morning, too. My favorite and there’s a lot of stats you can enjoy about the Brewers. I mean, you can every day there’s new stats that are flying out about how good they’ve been and records since and all that stuff. My favorite today is on June 18th, the Brewers were 6 and a half games back of the Chicago Cubs for first place in the NL Central. June 18th, less than two months ago. In baseball, it’s not like you just flip a switch and you just suddenly get that much better than an opponent. Like that. That doesn’t happen in the standings unless you’re like a White Sox or a Rockies fan. Nice. The Brewers today, right now at what time is it? 4:40 p.m. on August 13th, are eight games up on the Chicago Cubs for the top spot in the National League Central Division standings. The largest division lead in all of baseball. Take that for data. It’s pretty good. I will say it does take two to tango. So, thank you to the Cubs for middling. Well, and that’s one of my other favorite stats. One of my other favorite stats is that in the span since I say since Pablo Aglacius’s birthday bash on May 24th, I believe the date was when uh I actually know what the record is since May 24th. You do? Yeah. It’s like 50 and 14. Yeah, it’s it’s uh I I saw it the other day. I can’t remember what it was. They’re just winning too many games. I can’t keep up. That was like a line of demarcation as well. So since that day the Brewers got high, it was when they had the cribage board giveaway. They got shut up by the Minnesota Twins on a Saturday night. And that’s when I questioned the manager’s job status for his job. I did not call for his job. I questioned his status at that was offering free George Web to anyone who fired Pat Murphy. But we my oh my, look how far we’ve come since then. Eight games up as we sit here right now on the Chicago Cubs. They do play the Blue Jays tonight. So, it could be either eight and a half or seven and a half by the time we hit the air tomorrow afternoon. Blue Jays are pretty good. They’re they’re a first place team. They’re the best record in the American League. Good assessment, Matt. Well, they’re they’re also one of the top paid teams in the in the league. They’re no Milwaukee Brewers, though. Well, 100%. And they’re spending about twice what the Brewers are spending. 32 games over 500. 76 and 44. Take that for data. They’re only They’re only 24 wins away from 100 wins and we’ve got this week in this genius. Molly Brown we had are way too early before the series against the Yankees opening opening day out in New York. Molly Brown said the Brewers are going to get to 100 wins. And she then asked, “Have they ever done that before?” We’re like, “No, I’m pretty sure it’s like 96 or 98 is the most wins that they’ve ever had in a season.” But Molly Brown is going to come out of this looking like a baseball genius. And she is self-proclaimed proclaimed baseball hater. But she was able to see through this. She saw it this average looking team facade. A bunch of Murphy’s misfits and she was able to see through that and see like the potential that these guys have down deep. She saw she saw Isaac Collins and Jacob Mizerowski and uh She saw it all coming this year. She was that far ahead of the curve. I have to assume cuz I don’t think Molly would throw out a random stat like that without having some decent reasons to back it up more than just hope. It was a don’t quote me. Molly kind of does just reach behind her and just grabs those from uh from somewhere. I think Molly’s just playing uh playing like the persona. Like I think she truly loves Brewers baseball and is a deep diver but just plays the I don’t like baseball persona on the show. You think she’s just trying to play it cool? Yeah, I think she I think she does believe baseball’s dirty. That’s why she’s like hates on it. You think she’s like like Mark Wahlberg and the other guys where he learns ballet so he can make fun of people that were doing ballet. That’s Molly. She just goes deep into Brewers baseball so she can make fun of us for loving Brewers baseball. I’m a bottomless pit. So somebody knowledge like somebody who when you’re in school like they collect the Pokemon cards but then they tell everybody, “Oh, that’s for losers.” But then at home they’ve got their book and Yeah, exactly. They know all the moves. Like it’s important to know how to uh properly attack your enemies. Me and Jim being fans of baseball at this point, Jim being a Cub fan, me being a Brewer fan, Molly Molly’s just got it teed up to just make fun of us. Yeah. It’s when you like learn how to bowl or learn how to be in the band just to like make fun of other people just secretly. I mean, those are things you don’t really care about, but you know other people do. Based on Molly’s prediction, there is no other logical explanation for that. It can’t be that she was just pulling this out of nowhere and thought 100 was a cool number. Well, I’m not pulling it out of nowhere to say that they only have to win 57% of the remaining games to get to 100 wins at this rate. Like if they took a Jim off so if Jim was right and they played to their baseball card, we’d still probably still get to 100 wins. Almost almost definitely. Yeah. If they won 57% of the rest of their games, they have to go 24 and 18 down the stretch. And there is no reason to believe they’re going to fall back to their baseball card right now. Like Jim’s been saying that for two months. At some point he’s got to be like maybe everyone did just take a step. I know he doesn’t believe that that that’s a thing, but there’s a lot of young guys on this team. They can step up from the first half of the season and and make a move and become better players. Like the Durbanator is an obvious one. Joy Ortiz has been way better at batting since he was at the start of this season. He was like below the Mendoza line. Now he’s batten over 200, which is a solid solid improvement from Joey Ortiz. You and your Mendoza line. It’s important to have context. It’s also important to recognize that Joey Ortiz is a black hole at shortstop, too. He sucks up any ball that comes near him. On the radio on the radio network today, they were talking that he should be in the conversation for a gold glove this year at shortstop. And uh Carlos Gomez was that way a number of years ago in center field for the Carlos Gomez did have a stretch and he was a pretty good hitter in the end, but he had a stretch when he first started in center field in Milwaukee that he wasn’t a very good hitter and his defense like single-handedly kept him in the lineup cuz he was robbing home runs and making diving plays, throwing guys out on the base paths uh from center field and and you thought, why is this guy, you know, in the lineup if he’s hitting 202 at the top already? because he’s above the Mendoza line. Well, he was above the Mendoza line, but also because even though he may have been costing the team theoretically runs in the lineup, he was uh contributing to preventing runs on the other side of the ball. Joey Ortiz, you can make that same argument for now, except he keeps coming up with all these two out hits that have been amazing for this team. Nobody can do anything wrong. How appropriate and how awesome is it also that they score 12 runs in the game that gets them the 12th win to get the free George Web’s burgers. I didn’t even think about that. Sometimes the universe is just in sync. Cosmic. It’s it’s cosmic s starting to feel cosmic as Jeff Loveing said when he joined us on Wy and Toush the other day. Well produced show very yeah very well produced weekdays 9 to noon. We we thank you all of you who are joining us here by the way on the ESPN Madison YouTube channel. A YouTube exclusive Jim, Matt, and Molly presented by Kors Light. Give one for the YouTube audience. When the mountains are blue, you know what to do. And that’s crush a light. You’ll need a bunch of coolers lights to wash down them burgers. True. Cuz it’s burgers. It’s burger time. I like the last drop. Just like kind of monotone. Burgers. Burgers. Yeah. Give me that one all show long. burgers. Fun show coming up here. By the way, when we do get started with our radio audience, so Mark Tousher is scheduled to appear coming up at 5:30. Uh we will have Minute to Win It presented by North and South Seafood and Smokehouse. The greatest radio segment in all radio. And I heard you’re playing all by yourself today. Yeah. Yeah, I normally do when Molly’s gone. Yeah. Good luck. Oh, I’m sure it’s going to be an easy one. Like what was the last Brewers team to go 12 wins in the regular season and you got to name their starting lineup or something? I definitely did consider at one point during the week that the Brewers got to two 10 win streaks this season. They were the 10th team in MLB history to do that. Don’t think that didn’t cross my mind. Yeah, I remember. Well, you know, I’m Mr. Baseball, Mr. Stats, and I will have the answers. He would have remembered like the 1936 Orioles. You would have called out that if you would have just asked for the team name, I bet he could name at least half the MLB teams that exist. He definitely could name like I could name I could name all the teams. I just I only have three strikes. That’s true. So, I can’t justify like that. Yeah. Part of the problem. Uh Brewers Radio Network broadcast just about wrapping up here in their postgame coverage. So, we will get started with the radio program in just a little bit. I do have about a what a quarter of my burger. That was pretty good. Yeah, you got like one good bite there if you try harder than that. Turn your mic off. Why? Because like Matt said, this isn’t burger ASMR today. It could be. No, it shouldn’t be. It should be, but it doesn’t mean it can’t be. Ryan, you know, this is Jesse going off script. I I am kind of a hypocrite as the guy who hates the gum chewers like you in the office all the time. Like this is and then I supply other co-workers with more gum. That’s pretty irritating mess. This is this is my uh my revenge tour today for against you and and everybody else here. Doesn’t bother me. Like some people get really bothered by like lip smacking when you’re eating food. One of not a concern of mine. One of the things that I do want to ask talking burgers on Jim, Matt, and Molly, one of the things I do want to ask today because I went and got these burgers for our crew here. Um, I didn’t know what to put on them. Yeah, I will say getting no ketchup, mustard, or anything. It’s just a cheeseburger with nothing. Just plain. But can I tell you something? That’s how I like them. I am not surprised in the least. almost exclusively when I go and get a fast food or even at a I am surprised there’s no ketchup on this sit down. We have a fridge with ketchup. You can go find the ketchup. There’s ketchup around here. Not particularly, but I’ll do them. I’ll do like I did I will say this. I will say this. Inject them straight into my veins. A year I wish that was an option instead of having to muscle through some of them sometimes. Uh a year ago when I did my program Yeah. A year ago when I did a program with with Madison weight loss, I did learn there were vegetables I didn’t know I like that I do. So that was very helpful. Can we get Can we get you to name them all right now? An example of a vegetable you didn’t know you zucchini. Big fan of zucchini. Zoodles. We’ve started doing more zoodles where you do like the uh you know pasta sauce or red sauce and you put them over the zucchini noodles. We got we got a zoodler we ordered on Amazon. I got a zoodler. Yeah. It comes out. Convenient. Yeah. U so zucchini’s up there. Uh, peppers. Didn’t know I like peppers, but especially yellow peppers. As they age a little bit, they get a little sweeter. Peppers are up there. It’s the one I like. Cabbage. Oh, see, I big cabbage family. Yep. We use a lot of cabbage. But here’s the thing. I need that cabbage to be like extra cooked. Yeah. You don’t want it crunchy anymore. You want it basically turned into cabbage noodles. Okay. Um I am not so uh I am out on almost all raw vegetables. Like I get out of here. I hate raw ve like so like if I if I bring a veggie plate with plate with a dip, no chance piece of broccoli. If I’m ever at a party or anything like if there’s a veggie platter I I’m I’m good. I’m good. You guys can all like someone else can handle the veggie platter. I’ll take care of the other stuff. Man, I could have predicted all this. Like I I will not do cauliflower. I will not do carrots. I will not do like cold broccoli. A cooked cauliflower. So uh not really. No. The um That’s so wrong. So broccoli I learned if we cut it up into small pieces and then we put it in like a chili uh or something else where it like mixes in. I can do broccoli. No, we didn’t try. We toss it in some oil and throw in the oven on really hot and that the little like fuettes kind of turn crunchy. That’d be pretty good. Yeah, it is pretty good. It’s a solid way to eat broccoli. Becca or she just puts like the frozen stuff in the microwave and heats it up. I’m like that doesn’t even cook it all the way. It’s pretty gross. Yeah, plus it’s the flour part seems slimy. Yeah, I’m with you on that. And there’s some other like celery, lettuce, obviously like that’s like, you know, basic vegetables. Not even what we’re really counting here. But uh I think we’ve covered the majority of the ones that I actually like. A couple other ones I’ll like power through if I have to. I’m not a veggie guy. Brussels sprouts. No tried. Well, I’m sure you’ve had Brussels sprouts you like, but they’re hard to do at home. I made them and I had to like season them and all kinds of stuff before we actually got them like to where we needed them to be. But it was way too much work. Yeah, the juice ain’t worth the squeeze with Brussels sprouts as our friend likes to say. We did do um like carrot fries. You ever do those in an air fryer? No. Like we took a carrot and we uh Becca Becca does 99% of our cooking. So she she cuts them real thin. Julian. You put Sure. Yeah. That’s a word. Okay. It is a cut. Isn’t that the music school in like New York? That’s giuliard. Oh. Uh so she you cut the carrots real the julianne the carrots and then you like season them with some salt and whatever like Cajun seasoning and then put them in the air fryer and get them real crispy. And then they’re like carrot fries. You can’t even tell they’re carrots. Perfect. Let’s take the vegetable and totally transform it so I can’t tell it’s that vegetable anymore. Exactly. But that’s how that is how I can eat them. Yes. It’s exactly how I can eat. Perfect. And they would go great with this burger. Some carrot fries. I think it’s about time that we start our radio show. So, we’re going to take a a short break. Okay. And when we come back, we will join our radio audience. They will join us on 100.5 ESPN. Probably about time. Thanks for coming to our burger party. I’m going to finish this as we get started for the radio program. Do it on the air while we still have time on the mic. And we’re going to take a bite and we’re going to burgers. It’s burger time. This is kind of a dream come true for me. Doing a show with me three days in a row. Yes. Ham and jelly. Third day in a row. That’s what I thought. So importantness. I have shared on these ESPN Wisconsin airwaves before. Like I love the Green Bay Packers. I did ditch them for a couple years because I followed FRB to the Jets and Vikings. We don’t need to talk about that. And today is certainly not the day for it, man. I love that the Bucks. Now you’re going to tell us about your fandom. The Bucks won the NBA finals a few years ago. I thought when I was a kid that the Bucks were going to leave Milwaukee and not look back. And the fact that Giannis led them to a title and we’re in the golden age still of Milwaukee Bucks basketball is incredible. The Wisconsin Badgers were 12-0 in 2017 and the Rose Bowls in 10, 11, and 12 when I was in college, not at Wisconsin, but had a bunch of friends who were there and going to the games in Pasadena a year after. Like, it was amazing. I’ve had I’ve been blessed in my life as a Wisconsin sports fan. The Badger men’s basketball team played for a national championship. Yeah. And I was like fresh out of college ready to witness and experience that. And we just celebrated the 10 year anniversary. So blessed. I’m here with a gold medalist from McFarland. That’s pretty cool. who you probably watched in 2018 and cheered on at 2 a.m. in the morning. I did. I did. I I 100% did. You might not believe me, but I did. I love curling. Before you were here, I was our Olympics guy. I mean, it kind of tough to beat. Dethroned you there. So, but the team that I love the most, the one that my dad worked at the stadium as an usher for 15 years, the team that I saw when they won 55 games in a season, which it feels like they’ve won 55 games in the last week, the way they’ve gone here against the Mets and now the Pittsburgh Pirate, like almost since uh May 24th, the I saw the the Prince Fielder, Ryan Braun, Ricky Weeks, Cory Hart, even going back to like the Richie Sexon, Tony Blush, Tommoa type days. Jose Hernandez, the team that I want to see win a championship more than any is the Milwaukee Brewers. And to be here on Madison’s home of the Brewers with you, not you, all the people, Prime, everybody. Thanks. Celebrating a Brewers 12th consecutive victory for the third time in franchise history, but just the second time in the regular season in franchise history. Only other time that they won 12 games in a row in a single season was the very famous legendary 1987 season with the Rob Deer home run on Easter Sunday and they showed the highlights on FanDuel Sports Network Wisconsin upon the conclusion of the game. Like that’s what my dad tells me all the stories of what that run was like. And now for the third time in franchise history. The other time was 2018 where they won 12 in a row, but it did go end of the regular season into the playoffs. Wasn’t just a regular season stretch. For the second time in franchise history, they have now won 12 consecutive games. And it’s free George Webs for everybody all around the state, but particularly if you can make it down to the Milwaukee area where most of the George Web locations are. What a run. What a day for Milwaukee Brewers fans everywhere. Do you have to call for reservations today at No. So, you know, so I I know they talked about this on the radio network broadcast and again, we thank everybody who is uh sticking with us upon the conclusion of the postgame show. Some of us have been here already on the YouTube channel. We appreciate everybody who joined us during the network postgame. So, uh the way this is going to work, the way they’ve announced this, George Webs is going to make the announcement at noon tomorrow what day the free burgers are taking place. Burgers. So, so it’s not like you could have made a mad dash after Yes. This is not a get to George Webs right now situation. That is not how this works. Okay. They are not ready for us. Do not go there. Do not go in there. Well, you can, but you’re going to be paying for your birthday. Yeah. I mean, like, go to George Webb. It’s a fine establishment. They got great breakfast. My first hangover I ever had was I got some George Webbs. I got French silk pie and a cup of soup. That’s what I got in my hangover meal. First hangover meal of my life. What time of the day was this? Uh 10 a.m. That was the wrong choice. 10 a.m. on a Sunday after we were uh having a big night at Dave’s grandma’s house. Speaking of your food preferences, I did post an unsanctioned sighting unlimited poll question on the Jim Matt Molly X Twitter page. Is it gross that Jesse Nelson orders his burgers/ cheeseburgers without any toppings? No ketchup, no mustard, no pickles, no nothing. Yes. So for those of you joining us, I did not get burgers from George Webbs. There is not one close by to us here at the Everlight Solar Studio ESPN Madison. So, I did go get us celebratory burgers for the Jim, Matt, and Molly crew here in in celebration of the 12 straight wins. And you can bet your bottom dollar we’re going to find our way to a George Webs before this is all said and done. Uh, but I did get plain cheeseburgers because no one said what they wanted on theirs. And the worst thing like I am and yes, I did share in our YouTube special. I prefer plain cheeseburgers. That is how I order. so wrong. 95% of the burgers that I order from a fast food place or a sitown restaurant, I order a plain cheeseburger. When the ones at like your sitown spots offer like their bacon barbecue or they Yeah. Like there no specialty burgers are different. So you don’t just like I’ll have the bacon barbecue, but I don’t want the barbecue. No, there’s correct. There’s plenty of places that do like the hay stack onion rings and the uh barbecue sauce or bacon. A lot of times if I’m at a sit down, there’s a build your own option. Yes. Like if it’s if it’s something like radical, like here’s the, you know, the blue cheeseburger or here’s the whatever, like I’ll just get the plain cheeseburger. And usually at a sit down place, I might add lettuce and ketchup. But if I’m going to a fast food restaurant, rather than getting the onions and the tomatoes and the lettuce and all the stuff like fast food places, I don’t trust that stuff. And a lot of them at a sit down place. get some lettuce and ketchup. At a fast food place, it up a little bit. At a fast food place, a lot of that stuff’s sitting around and so they’re already pre-made. So, I learned like if you order a plain cheeseburger, they’re going to make it fresh cuz they don’t have that just sitting ready to go. So, I like the plain cheeseburger and I think that’s a fine sighting unlimited poll question. I hope I win it. Burgers. I like I don’t hate your logic because for a long time I had some friends that worked at McDonald’s and they were like, “Oh, you order fries without the salt and they have to make fresh ones for you.” So like you get like ripping hot fries. There you go. See that’s But like the salt that they put on is like the best part. 8447703776. Let’s bring in Levi and Stevens Point on the Carbless ESPN talking text line. Levi, my guy, he attended my wedding. Matt Hamilton. I don’t think he’s going to take your side on this burger. In place of Jason Wy. He attended my wedding a few years ago. I don’t even care if he’s on my side or not. I just want to hear what he has to say. Celebrating the Brewers victory today. 12 in a row. Levi, how you doing? I’m doing fantastic, Jesse. And you look fantastic yourself, too, with your with your haircut and your t-shirt on. Are you here, Matt? Are you here somewhere? Look. Oh, you’re looking at us on YouTube. No, no, no, no. I uh I have my video I have my video on YouTube pauses. I’m on the phone with you. So we like that. Yeah. Thanks for joining us on the YouTube channel, Levi. I appreciate it. Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. I must say that these guys are giving me brewer fever like Wy said on T. You can listen to 9 to noon on ESPN. Nice blog, Levi. We like that. A thank you. Well produced show. Uh Levi, I agree. We’ve got Brewers Fever. Matt, you got Brewers fever like Levi, like all of us do. Ryan, you feeling it? You feeling a little fevery? Oh, I’m feeling the fever. It’s burger time. I’m thinking I’m thinking I might have a temperature of 101 wins this year, I think. Levi, you going to find your way to you’re going to find your way to a George Web somewhere in the greater state of Wisconsin at some point when they do these free burgers? Unfortunately, no. I have to work at 9:00 when Willian Talis is on tomorrow. Uh, well, they’re not doing it tomorrow. They’re not doing it tomorrow. They’re going to announce it. They’re announcing on social media and on their website at noon tomorrow when the giveaway will be. So, it will be at a later point. So, yes, that’s actually I’m glad you brought that up, Levi. So, we clarify that for everybody. The giveaway is not tomorrow and it’s not right now. They’re announcing tomorrow when the giveaway will be and then we can all get ready and camp out and do all we want to do. Tuesday at midnight to 1:00 a.m. Burgers. Levi, thanks for the call, man. appreciate the the call. Celebrate the victory. Wait, wait, hold on, Levi. Levi, hold on. A bonus round bonus question. If you’re ordering a cheeseburger, what are you putting on it? M, that’s a very, very good question. Uh, I would put, if it was me, I would have a gluten-free bun because I have a wheat allergy. Sure. And a and a dairy allergy. about to have like a dairyfree cheese slice and gluten-free bun on a on a patty with uh ketchup, mustard, and pickles. That’s just me. Ketchup, mustard, pickles is answer the condiment editions. Solid. 8447703776. The carbless ESPN talk line list is more. You can join us there just like Levi in Stevens Point just did here on Jim, Matt, and Molly presented by Kerslight. Matt, the Brewers have won 12 straight games. Here’s my question for you. So, this is obviously going to be one of the legendary moments when the when the book is closed on the uh 2025 Milwaukee Brewers season. We don’t know where this thing’s going to end. They may never lose again. And I know we joke like if we said that two weeks ago, they haven’t lost since. Burger. So, they may never lose again and they may win the World Series and they may go or they may bow out in the NLDS. Like, we don’t know where this thing’s going to go when it’s all said and done. I sure hope for great things for this team. Uh there’s no team I’d rather see win a championship than the Milwaukee Brewers in the state of Wisconsin. But this 12th consecutive win and the George Webb celebration on TV and for the fans in the stands and the radio call from Lane Grindle, like this is going to be one of the iconic moments of this season. To this point, do you think this today is the moment of the 2025 Brewers season? Oo, that’s close. Um, like if you’re explaining to somebody who’s been on Mars and just getting back tomorrow, like what’s happened this Brewers season, what do you start with? I will say I don’t think I’m starting with this. What are you starting with then? I think I think it starts I think I mentioned Jacob Mizerowski and his first start. The Miz, even though he’s been on the injured list for the better part of a couple of weeks here and he hasn’t he hasn’t been that think about that. I mean, they sent his hat to Coopertown. They did, right? Like, yes. No player has ever started a pitching career better than Jacob Mizowski. So, that is probably where I’d start for like the most iconic moment of this season so far. That I think is uh the number one, the the Miz debut game. So, I mean, that’s the other thing. Take your pick of which Miz game. The debut against the Cardinals. The first two really are the ones. The Cardinals into the Twins the perfect game into the seventh. And he twisted that guy up. I I don’t know who the batter was, but he looked silly. Was it Was it Willie Castro? The guy who got traded to the Cubs? I hope it was. I think it was. It might have been better. Um, so I mean that was iconic, no doubt. Um, the Miz outdueling Kershaw on national TV, the Miz outdueling skins, uh, uh, the wins against the Cubs. Like, there have been some great moments this year. The the throw out at the plate last last Friday. Yeah. against the I mean all those Mets games like each of those Mets games alone pick us any Brewer season you could say that was the moment of the year and they had them in three straight games in a sweep of the Mets last weekend. Um the the what’s the moment from this 12game winning streak that you think will stand out because everyone points to the Rob Deer home run in 1987. Again, I wasn’t I don’t think you were alive either 19 I know Prime wasn’t 1987. only heard the stories and seen the videos that they share on the on the TV broadcasts and uh on YouTube. I’ve gone and looked at like the 1987 Brewers highlights of the winning streak and the Easter Sunday. It was super hot out. Everybody’s in the bleachers at County Stadium celebrating the walk-off home run that Rob Deer and like that’s the moment that people talk about in that stretch. This stretch for the Brewers. They swept the Nationals with the pocket pancake. Yeah. They swept the Braves. Uh they swept the who am I forgetting that they swept in this stretch of the Met. Oh yeah, the Mets and now the Pirates. So those are the four series. Yeah. So the Mets obviously all the the iconic moments. There wasn’t really anything iconic from the Braves series. Uh and then you got today is really the celebration. Uh beating Skins yesterday, but I don’t know if there was one particular moment. And then the celebration today with all the signs and the burgers and everything. Burgers. I think it’s Jenkins throw to home to end the game. Perkins. Perkins, excuse me. Jeff Jenkins played a few years ago. Yeah. Uh yeah. Or or it’s Isaac. He’s loving this though. Wherever he is, I’m sure. Isaac Collins walk-off. Yeah. Against the Mets. As far as this capping the five run comeback as far as this whole Yeah. recent this 12 win series. That’s And if you’re going to throw aside this particular like celebration as part of it. Yeah. I think it’s one of those two. Uh prime time Ryan Wallerstein. You’re as big a Brewers fan as we have here in our ESPN Madison Everlight Solar Studio. What What would you say is the moment of this streak? And what would you say is the moment of the year for the Brewers so far? Of this streak, it’s undoubtedly today. It’s burger time. More than any of those Mets wins over the weekend. For the celebration celebration, it’s the first time since 1987, guys. Like we said, none of us were alive the last time this happened. Regular season, we were all alive for a time where it stretched into the post. We did the giveaway in 18. It didn’t It doesn’t count in the baseball records, but it counts in the in the Brewers record. Counted for the free burgers. Today is the day. Burgers. For the burgers. So, that is what is the capitaliz mark of this streak. Now, if you’re asking me what’s my best favorite moment of the season so far, for me, I’m gonna be very selfish and biased being the only game I went to this year, the first game against the Dodgers at AFAM Field where as soon as I sat down with my friend who’s a White Sox fan, Andrew King Vaughn hit a home run in his first ever at bat appearance with the Brewers, and he’s been on a tear ever since. By the way, did you know he might be the first player in MLB history to hit have a 600 ops with his first team and then have a plus 1,000 ops with his second team for the rest of the season? It’s never once happened in Mo history. He could be the first to do it. So, you’re saying he was sandbagging the White Socks? Very well. Might have been. I don’t know. Just out of South. So, I was also there that night for the Andrew Vaughn debut game and that was a pretty special night. I don’t think it’s the I don’t know if it’s even a top f like it it’s cool cuz we were there. If you ask I think the beginning of the Andrew von lore there’s something to be said for if you if you ask a fan who has not been to a game this year what are your top five Brewers moments of the season. I’m not sure that game even cracks the top five. Okay, that series I think crops cracks the top five cracks the top five. Excuse me. Crap. Um, but Izzeez, Ryan, I do think the Dodgers series, I mean, even if you combine the two of them together, like that might be the case. I even think the next night where it was Miz versus Kershaw, Miz Kershaw was cool and and Miz outdueling Kershaw and both of them going toe-to-toe for six innings or however long each of them were in the G like that was a pretty awesome night. So, when we first ran into the Dodgers at home, yeah, that was that. The Dodgers had a lot of injuries. One of my favorite things that I’m gonna remember from this is when we played them and swept them Yeah. at Amfam is that their IIL pay, like what they’re paying players, the amount of money that was on IIL is was higher than the 40man Brewer roster. That’s insane. It was 111 where the Brewers uh roster is like 108 uh million. So, I’m glad you actually said the first time because another thing that you we could talk about with this season is sweeping the Dodgers the second time cuz we swept twice this season. This has been just a wild, amazing, surreal, phenomenal, ridiculous ride that we, as Milwaukee Brewers fans, have been on. And you’ve experienced it all right here on Madison’s home of the Brewers 100.5 ESPN. I am as sucked in as I’ve ever been on Milwaukee Brewers baseball. And I’m a die hard. Like, I love the Brewers. And this has been as fun as any season in my life. I cannot wait to see where this thing ends up. I agree. These jerseys have gotten a lot more wear this season than they have in seasons past. Uh, keep your favorite moments of this season coming. We’re just going to celebrate the whole show. 8447703776 on the Carbless ESPN Talk text line. Text them into us though right now because we are going to play a game coming up next. I got to go. Can we go until like 9:00 tonight? You You want to stick around and do the show a little long tonight? We could keep going. Yes, definitely do. I think you’re being not truthful with me. I you go out and get more George or more burgers for us. I will continue to uh do the show. Well, okay. I’ll consider that burgers and coolers. You get out of here. We’re going to play minute to uh before you leave. Hey, come here. Come here. Before you leave, tell us about Odyssey brands. We want to hear about Odyssey. I want to hear about this feta. That’s right. You definitely do want to hear about this feta. This delicious feta from Odyssey Brands made right here in Wisconsin. And look to Odyssey Feta if you want to get your Greek on. All right, now you get out of here. And I talk loud, so you get, you know, take a take a nice long walk. Matt Hamilton, we’re about to play Minute to Win It presented by North and South Seafood and Smokehouse. North and South is fantastic. By the way, you can celebrate with George Websburgers some other time when they’re going to announce when the free ones are tonight. Go celebrate the Brewers 12th consecutive win with North and South Seafood and Smokehouse. All right, Ryan, what is our category for Minute to Win It today here on Jim, Matt, and Molly? So, it’s funny because oftentimes on Jim, Matt, and Molly recently, we’ve been trying to quiz Matt and Molly on their recollection of things that we talked about in the segment prior to what they were to the u to the actual minutes to win segment. Okay. So, funny enough, I came prepared with this very topic earlier today since May 19th, which is the day Matt said the Brewers were boring. And then since then, they’ve been on an all-time 5419 pace. Amazing. Um, since then they have swept eight teams. We just recapped about half of them in the previous segment. A good chunk of them. Yeah. So, there’s eight teams that they have swept since May 19th. Okay. Over under. How many do you think Matt can name in a minute? Oh, wow. Okay. Um, do the Dodgers count once or twice? So, the Dodgers and the Nationals each counts once. Once. So, this is the number of teams, not how many sweeps? We’ve swept a lot of teams. They really have. There’s four we just talked about that they’ve won that they’ve beat on this 12game winning streak. And we talked about the Dodgers. He’s going to do well on this. He should. Um, he should do well. Six and a half. I think that’s a great line. Six and a half is the line. All right. So, now we need two callers. All right. Uh, caller six and 12 cuz at George Webbs, you get six burgers for five bucks. Uh, if they score five runs, and you get the, uh, free burger when they win their 12th straight game. Caller 6 and caller 12. 844-770-3776844770-3776. Caller 6 and caller 12. Yeah. Turn your mic on. I’m sure it picked up your mic. There it is. Time to play Minute to Win It brought to us by North and South Seafood and Smokehouse. Three great locations, Madison, Verona, and Deforest. The DeForest one is closest to me in Sun Prairie. That’s one of our favorite places to go. Every time my mother-in-law and father-in-law come in from the Oshkosh area and they say, “Let’s go out to dinner.” They always want to go to North and South Seafood and Smokehouse. Fantastic place. Blame them for that meat candy. H so good. The corn muffins with put a little honey on those corn muffins. The mac and cheese is fantastic. And those are just the sides. We’re not even talking about the meat. It’s so good. North and South Seafood and Smokehouse. Deforest Madison and Verona. Let’s play Minute to Win It. Will they beat the odds? I say everything with pure confidence whether I think I’m totally right or not. Or crumble under pressure. I legitimately know one of these. I I I legitimately have one. This is the minute to win it presented by North and South Seafood and Smokehouse with three locations in Madison, Deorest, and Verona. So Matt, we’ve been talking about and we were just talking about a lot last segment that the Brewers have been redot specifically since you said this on May 19th. That seven and 16 represents the 16 is how many games we’ve played in May so far and the seven is how many times we’ve been shut out. I am fine losing baseball games. That happens. Putting up goose eggs is boring. Like if you want to provide fun, let’s lose 11 to 10. Like that’s a fun baseball game or or let’s win every game. Yeah, that’s also fun. Burgers. So, as Jesse said, they have been extremely fun since then. And they’ve been so fun because they keep winning almost every game. They keep sweeping almost every team they play. So Matt, since May 19th, the Brewers have had eight sweeps or they’ve swept eight teams. Yeah. Since May 19th, how many can you name in under one minute? Your timer starts now. Dodgers one, Dodgers two. So the Dodgers are one team in this. Okay. Eight total teams who they have swept. Uh Atlanta, the Atlanta the Atlanta Braves. The Atlanta Dodgers. The Atlanta Braves. The Nationals. The Nationals. They have swept in this 12game winning streak. The Pirates. The Pirates today. Was wondering if you would get that one. Um I think I got Oh, I there’s one more in this sweep. That there is. It was the Nationals, the Pirates. Oh no, I’m I’m going to get hung up on this. Uh let’s go somewhere else. Have they swept the Reds? The Cincinnati Reds? They have not swept. They’re going to sweep them next series. Um, another sweep. We definitely did that. Oh my gosh. Who did we just play? Why am I blanking? The Mets. The Mets. All right. It’s all about the Mets. Um, and they we it was not against the Mariners. We played another one in California before that. Let’s go. Padres’s. No, I hit the under. You sure hit the under. Yeah, the overunder was set pretty high. We literally just listed almost all of those teams in the previous segments. So, no, the overunder was set at six and a half. I thought you were the ones we named I got. So, uh, in fairness, f five and a half probably would have been the better line, come to think of it, now that I wrote them, I think I’ve got the other three. First of all, who are our contestants and who’s our winner here for? I want to know what the first caller took. So, the first caller was Chad and Fitchburg and he quickly took the under. Nice. Nice. Good call by Chad. Hand up. I’m not here. I’m not here all the time. That’s on me. My bad. So Chad and Fitch. Well, even if he had set it at 5 and a half, he still would have went under, so it doesn’t matter. Chad gets that $50 gift card from North and South. And then AC and Tossa was our other caller. He’ll still get that $25. AC worth the trip up. Oh, yeah. Did we Did we sweep the Cubs? No. Okay. Okay. Can I Can I try? I I’m not sure. So, I know the first one that we swept this year cuz they they had a lot of chances and never got it done until the Boston Red Sox. Oh man, that was a dumb one. I could That was the I think that was the weekend after Matt called them. That was May 26th to the 28th. That was right after Pablo’s birthday bash and when Matt called for the Yeah. Um the Minnesota Twins Miz weekend, they swept the Twins. Yep. June 20th to the 22nd in Minnesota. Minnesota. Yeah, cuz I remember losing to him that weekend, the 24th, weekend of the 24th. And this other one was This other one was tough cuz I don’t remember watching any of these games this weekend, but I think I heard them talk the other day about this one. You don’t remember any of this series? No. Okay, say it. Philadelphia Phillies. That is correct. We were about to remove Yes, that’s what I remember. We talked about it and I picked two wins thinking it was like optimistic. Jim picked zero. Molly picked one. I picked one as well. And it was the first time in like 12 years or something they swept the Phillies in Philly. Mhm. That one I feel bad about. And the Red Sox. Honestly, both of those I should have got. Yeah, those ones were backtoback sweeps as well for the Brewers. So you did. Now it is tough because like I said, this is eight teams who they swept. They swept the Dodgers in the Nationals twice a piece. Mhm. Okay. So they’ve swept 10 teams. There 10 series sweeps this season since No, this is since May 19th. Oh my god. Well, I don’t think they had those are all for the They didn’t sweep anyone before that. Was the Red Sox the first season? That was the first sweep cuz they had a lot of They could have swept the White Socks. They There were a bunch of teams early on. 10 sweeps. Yeah. Tw 10 sweeps in just under three months. That’s insane. This team is so good. It really is. So, was was there a last one there that uh those were the eight? Dodgers, Nationals, Red Sox, Braves, Mets, Pirates, Twins, Phillies. God, I should have got more of them. Congrats to Chad and Fitchburg for taking the under. He knows his guy. Chad, you’re so lucky. He knows Matt Hamilton. You’re so lucky. I choked. But congratulations to AC and Toa. You both get to enjoy a wonderful experience at North and South Seafood and Smokehouse. Three locations to Forest, Madison, and Verona. Ta is coming up next. Huh? Ta is coming up next. But first, we got to hear from Molly Brown telling us about Zoa Energy. This is Jim Matt Molly presented by Kors Light. Hey, it’s Molly Brown. Green Bay Hall of Famer Mark Touser on Jim Matt and Molly is brought to you by Chalmer’s Jewelers. Chalmer’s Jewelers with locations in Middleton and downtown Madison. Um, I don’t know if I’d agree with that. Jim Rutled, Green Bay Packers Hall of Famer. Uh, Matt Hamilton, help me out, please. Wisconsin football analyst. You know what? It feels like Molly’s the only one that’s being sincere about that. So Molly, I really appreciate that. Thank you. Mark Tousher on Jim, Matt, and Molly is brought to you by Chalmer’s Jewelers. Chalmer’s Jewelers with locations in Middleton and downtown Madison. Green Bay Packers Hall of Famer, Wisconsin Badgers, radio color analyst, and he hosts a very wellproduced show weekdays 9 to noon on ESPN Wisconsin. Mark Touser joins Jim, Matt, and Molly, presented by Cers Light. Matt’s here. Jim and Molly aren’t. So, I’m in. Jesse Nelson. Hi, Tsh. Oh, hey, buddy. Well, I’ll tell you what, man. For everybody giving you grief about never working and and you know, you’re not the most, you know, putting the most hours guy. You are certainly grinding this week. So, good. Is this your third day in? Yeah. Two two days for Jesse Nelson this week. Yeah. What a You know what? What a day to be on, though. 12 straight wins and it’s burger time for the Milwaukee Brewers. It’s burger time. What What else is there to say that hasn’t been said already, TS, about the 2025 Milwaukee Brewers? Yeah, I don’t know if there is a ton else. I mean, it’s just been, you know, you you kind of felt, you know, throughout July that it was this is a special group and then obviously what they’ve done in August. And I don’t know if there’s a ton to say. It’s just a really fun team to watch. you you kind of feel like you are starting to know these guys because I think the attention level is getting so high on you know listening to them or watching and for them to just continue to find a way. I thought today was a great uh kind of a great way for this streak to continue because it’s been, you know, there’ve been a couple of tight games versus New York, but it’s been kind of a little bit rowdy and today felt like last night I told you on our show this morning, I I knew it was over. Rap City, USA kind of felt that way today. And then as I’m driving, I have on 100.5, the Madison, home of the Milwaukee Brewers, and it’s all of a sudden cut to 65, and the team just finds a way to crank another gear up and find another way to get it done. It It’s just been a remarkable run. I think everybody has used different superlatives to say it, but it’s just a fun This is just a fun ride from a baseball team that I think I don’t think anyone obviously no one expected this. And now you’re getting burgers. This could have been the second shot at burgers in the last month, which is, you know, unprecedented, unheard of. Yeah. Tosh, actually third time that George Webb’s been able to offer this deal in team history. Yeah. Second time they’ve ever done it in the regular season, in a single regular season. But in 2018, they they did do the burger giveaway. The streak continued into the playoffs. So there, you know, conflicting tweets and stats on TV and radio and where not about how many times this has actually happened. Three times. Jesse, how many times be because you’re such a great producer, as you just mentioned, and you patted yourself on the back. Yeah. Very well, producer. How many times has in the history of this promotion has George Webb given out free burgers thrice? Well, twice now thrice. This is the third time. Okay. All right. That’s great reporting. Nice job. My pleasure. Happy to be here. You bet. Back to you, Matt Hamilton. So, Tsh, I love games on the radio. I’m not sure how you feel about them, but I do know you don’t mind getting quizzed from time to time. So, we just did Minute to Win It brought to you by North and South. One of my favorite segments of the week where I guess great tacos. I’ll tell you what, I know North and South is, you know, Bris Oh, stopped in a couple weeks ago and had just phenomenal tacos on Tuesday. I’ll continue. Yeah. I mean, you can’t go wrong with the brisket tacos, that’s for sure. But, uh, so we we’re giving away some gift cards if you guess over under on the line that Jesse sets for me. The Brewers since Jesse and myself called them out for being boring and Jesse calling for the manager’s job. The Brewers have been on one heck of a hot streak. They have 10 total sweeps in that time against eight different teams. Can you name the eight different teams that we have swept? Sure. Mets, Dodgers, Pirates. Uh, Jesse has the line at six and a half. I can’t tell if we lost. Oh, yeah. His signal cut out, so I don’t know how many he just said. Cubs. Did I say Cubs? Did that No, they did not sweep the Cubs. No. All right. Uh, Yankees. Nope. Red Sox. I don’t know. Red Sox was Yep. Red Sox were in it. Okay. All right. He’s done. Yeah, I think he did pretty good. You missed the Nationals and the Braves who were in this streak. I just said No, I said the Braves. Yeah, you must have. I did not say the Nationals, but I I did say the Braves. Bonus point. Two of those teams got swept twice. Yeah, Dodgers got swept twice and Braves. No, Pirates. No, is the Nationals. Oh, yeah. We swept the Nationals twice. Yeah, Nationals were twice. Anyway, well done, T. Nicely done. You did better than I did. T, you you did say a couple of weeks ago on our show in the mornings, uh, Willie and Tous weekdays 9 to noon, uh, you said that I think it was right on the day that the Packers training camp uh, first practice started and you said you still had Brewers fever and you were paying more attention to the Brewers than you were to the Packers at that point. How long do you think that’s going to continue for the common Wisconsin sports fan that the Brewers will be top of mind more so than our favorite football team up in Title Town? Boy, I think outside of the home opener, um, and I think obviously the Jordan Love news probably trumps a lot of that, but I think the home opener against Detroit and then I mean, you start getting into if if the Milwaukee Brewers are humming and it’s October and they’re in the NLCS and then if they make the World Series, I don’t think it matters. I mean, you’re starting to look at the game that I would have thought would have been the peak interest for all Packer fans will be a secondary screen. If it’s the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Green Bay Packers with Aaron Rogers as quarterback, but the Brewers are in the World Series, I think this team, this will be more intriguing for even Packer fans, just Packer fans, than I think we’ve ever seen it. So, I I think there will be some times in September, especially if the Brewers wrap up the one seed and, you know, it starts getting into mid mid to end of September where I think the focus will go back, but it will immediately anytime there’s any Brewers news or anything else going on. The Brewers are going to own these the landscape of sports once the playoffs start. It doesn’t matter who the Green Bay Packers are playing. Well, the good news is I do think that Sunday night would be game five of the World Series and the Brewers are never going to lose again. So, they’re going to win the World Series in four and it’ll be over by then. Won’t have to worry about that. That’s good news. It’s good to hear. I know. Good to hear. Where are we playing in the World Series? What do you have World Series? I like the way the Blue Jays are playing. They’re they’re looking pretty. I like kind of Northern Battle there would be kind of fun. Wouldn’t it be kind of Wouldn’t it be kind of ironic with that whole gazebo bat deal and the whole way the season torpedo those were torpedo bats, not gazebo. Torpedo gazebo. I’ve heard it both ways. If you found a way to take down the Yankees for the Brewers first world championship after all that torpedo talk in the beginning of the year, that to me would be awesome. Book end the season with the New York Yankees. That would be pretty fun. That’s a good call by you. Yeah, I’d watch that series. Good, good, good to know. Geez, Talsh, uh, we’re running out of time here. Anything on Jordan Love that you want to say? What’s important there? Yeah. Where’s the panic meter? It’s not high. I think there’s there’s concern. Uh, you’re always worried whenever your starting quarterback is missing time and you’re missing reps and you’re missing, you know, chemistry, opportunities to grow as an offense. But his off hand, I do think he’ll he’ll be back. And if he’s ready to go and even if he’s at 80 85% for the opener against Detroit, I I’m just not panicked and not not overly concerned. But obviously, there should be some concern. I just don’t think it’s I don’t think we’ve we’ve gotten to the point where it’s reached any type of uh Mach five or or Defcon five or whatever that is. I’m not overly concerned. All right. So, Kazbo 5. Yesterday, Jesse listed off five. Placebo 5. Jesse listed off a laundry list of Packer injuries and I was to power rank my top three because Jesse just really loves power ranking. You know me. Um I picked Jordan Love, Xavier McKini, and Jaden Reed. How would you order those three concern level? Okay, you Okay, you have Jordan Love, you have Xavier McKini, and you have who? Jaden Reed. What are you talking about? Well, that’s the easiest power rank. That’s the easiest power ranking of all time. Okay, good. Those three. Yeah, I want in order. It’s those three guys. For the record, Jason. I love Xavier McKini and Jaden Reed in that order. Any Packer fan that’s gonna Yes. Who’s not going to answer that? Well, that’s what I said. The definitive order. I I said Josh Jacobs. You want to put Josh Jacobs in there? All right. I’m Okay, now I’m listening. You want to put I’d put Zack Tom in there before I’d put Jaden Reed? No, I’m just not there. I don’t no it’s not just you’re not putting him third. It’s not just about the Jason had him pretty high. Jason had Nate Hobbs above all those guys. But again, the the conversation isn’t just about, you know, the player significance. It’s what the injury is that they’re dealing with and how concerned you are. That’s not what you brought up. That’s not what you said. Well, okay. Then if I re you probably presented it. If we rephrase the question and we say of No, probably there’s 100%. If if we rephrase the question and we say of the what they’re currently dealing with, which player are you most concerned about right now? Who is it? Um, Jordan Love. All right. See, you still agree with Matt when it’s all said and done in a sense. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, Jaden Reed’s got a foot and obviously, you know, I think from an injury standpoint, we’re all, you know, everybody is concerned whether or not he’s going to be back. you kind of heard some of those cryptic responses from Matt Laflur and from Jaden Reed. So, I mean, I’m I’m probably more concerned about that injury, but I think from a overall standpoint of what is going to make the biggest impact on the team, Jordan Love not being out there and Jordan Love, you know, having to kind of get back and scramble to get back here before the opener, that’s at the top of my list. I guess if you wanted and and now I think you could maybe justify because I think Xavier McKini is more um preventative. I I don’t I think he probably it sounds like could be practicing sooner rather than later or Jaden Reed. We don’t know that. I can maybe understand your guys’s point on that now that you put it in that in those terms. Well, glad that we could get you on the same page. Well, I mean it took you guys 20 minutes to get there. I’m blaming Matt for that because he doesn’t have to deal with you tomorrow morning. I actually agree, Jess. Yeah, I would blame Matt with that go. I think that’s a fair one. Tosh, we’ll talk to you tomorrow morning. Wy and Tash, very well produced show. Looking forward to it tomorrow. Oh, is Yaster producing tomorrow or why is it that is so unnecessary? It was not nice. All right, see you guys. Mark Touser, Green Bay Packers Hall of Famer. I think it sounded like he was driving somewhere. He usually asked me to drive him places when he’s going, so that’s a change of pace. Must have known I was busy pulling double duty. I know Jason doesn’t like this, but you definitely caught a stray there. Someone was listening this morning. Nicely done. As we go to break, let’s hear from Jim Brlet. He’s gonna tell us about Chalmer’s Jewelers who present Mark Tower every week here on Jim Matt and Molly presented by Kers Light.
