We got the Tampa Bay Rays headed into the Bay Area to play the Giants. You know, both these teams will have Thursday off. And I’m not going to lie, guys. I I think this game is disgusting. And I honestly think this whole series is discussing. You know, these have been two of the colder teams since coming back from the All-Star break, especially the Giants. You know, the Giants have kind of forgot how to play baseball. It seems like uh this is a team I do not want to touch right now. If you’ve been betting on the Giants lately, you’ve been getting absolutely cooked ever since getting Raphael Devers. It just hasn’t been the same team. And you know, when that trade happened, I I loved it for the Red Sox. I thought it was addition from subtraction or Yeah, addition from subtraction. Don’t get me wrong, Rafie Des is a great player, but I don’t know, man. For some reason, I I just don’t think he’s a great club h clubhouse guy. And there is a direct correlation. Once they got Rafie Des, this team has has started to struggle. So, you know, we just saw the Padres’s get swept by the Oh, no, sorry. We saw the the Giants get swept by the Padres’s this this week. Um, they put up one run in every single one of those games. So, combined three runs through a three-game series. Horrific. Um, and then the series before that, we saw them lose two games to one against the Nationals. A really, really bad national team right now. So, the Padres’s are pretty much unbettable for me right now. Does that make me super excited taking the Tampa Bay Rays with Joe Bole on the mound? It doesn’t. I mean, Joe Bole’s, you know, he’s coming off a game where he gave up six earn against the Mariners. Two games before that he gave up four earn against the Yankees. He did have a game where he gave up zero earn against the Dodgers, which was promising. And look, I think Joe Bole will have a nice little game after a bad start. He’s going against this Giant team that literally can’t hit a beach ball right now. Guys, it’s Tampa Bay Rays or nothing for me. Um, like I said, this Giant team, I will continue to fade them. You know, they do have Landon Rope on the mound making his return. The last time he started was back on July 20, uh, 22nd. He does have a 142 RA in his last five. I understand Landon Ro has looked good, but Tampa Bay coming off a nine series win against Athletics. I think they could carry that momentum into this one and beat the Giants. So, not my favorite game on the board. Probably my least favorite game on the board, guys. But if I had to lean away, I’m going to keep fading this Giants team until the wheels fall off and or or if they show me something different, man. If they come out here, win game one, maybe win game two, I’ll start looking at the Giants again. But until then, man, this is not a team I want to touch. So, I’m going to be on the Tampa Bay Rays.
