Questions of the Day

  1. What’s the most beautiful beach you’ve been to?

  2. What do you think you do better than 90% of people?

  3. Who is someone popular now that you really like? Why do you like them so much?

Have a great day, r/Dodgers.

  1. Even though yu darvish’s ERA is really high, the sample size is really low due to few IP. If Glasnow can give another amazing start then we maybe have a chance. I still think Yu Darvish is their ace, so it’s not gonna be easy.

  2. Are we supposed to answer the questions? If so, (1) Kailua beach, the sand is like powder, (2) not a damn thing and am glad it is that way lest I ever get full of myself, and (3) popular is a relative thing but I’m going with my goddess, Nam Ji-hyun, and if you have to ask why, as Mr. T. was wont to say, I pity the fool…she married this year, good for her, and hopefully kids, plural, 3 or more, given the ROK’s appalling fertility rate.

Today, just make this a sweep, then another against the CR, then one more sweep of the Madres. If all goes well, Yu will wet the bed yet again today, as he did in both his starts against the ‘stros in ’17. Oh, and Yu, no blaming the new ball this go round. I had so much wanted him to remain a Dodger but he had to go and wet the bed, twice.

Lastly, re Clemente, will never forget being at a friend’s when the news came, plane went down and missing. Ditto Thurman Munson, and never mind ’77 and ’78.

  3. All this reverse psychology foolishness seems to be working.  Shit on Conforto?  He gets a clutch hit.  Moan incessantly that we’re going to get swept?  We win the series.  So what’s next?  Maybe try badmouthing Mookie and he’ll go 3-4 with a home run?

  4. New guys on the farm are killing it down the stretch.

Adam Serwinowski (CIN) has given up one run over 17 innings in A+. James Tibbs III and Zach Ehrhard(BOS) both collected two hits yesterday to raise their BA’s over .340 and OPS over 1.000 with Tulsa.

  5. 2 wins followed by a day game before a flight to Colorado.

    Dave is punting this one.

He will bring in Wrobleski in the 6th or sooner and leave him on the rest of the game for better or for worse, win or lose.

  6. On the one hand I’m feeling more optimistic because we tore up TOR 2 of 3 and so far 2 of 3 against SD but I can’t be the only one worried about how it feels like the team is less focused and less intense against weaker teams. We face a lot of weak teams in this final stretch. Hopefully we learn to feast again.

  7. Let’s pray for a good start for Glas, so the guys give him run support and the defense don’t forget how to play 😩🕯️🙏🏻🧎‍♀️‍➡️
