Tomlin was a great coach but has become a one game better than a .500 team over the past 7 years, hasn’t developed any QB’s which is essential for this version of NFL and is a dying breed for player relations. Cowher knew it, that’s why he left and hasn’t bothered to come back. McMike needs to grow but has the skill set and the player relations to thrive in this new NFL. The fins need stability at the top to grow, Grier is the problem with bust drafts, over valued trades and not retaining in house talent. Think Jimmy Johnson’s years with the fins, that’s about what we would get for Tomlins curtain call.

  8. Yeah Miami would be a good situation because all the doors are currently shut for Howard😑and last time I remember he specifically said that Miami door is closed but now we sound good huh? No thank you and you don’t get better sitting at home as a aging corner
