  1. Dunno what’s more impressive. Robbing a grand slam and losing 12-0 or forcing a nobletiger and losing 10-0.

  2. Starters can’t go deep in games. Bad arms have to eat innings. Offense can’t do anything, so it won’t even let the high leverage arms get into games. Just the makings for terrible baseball on repeat. The only saving grace is that the Mariners are also too incompetent to take advantage of our suffering.

  3. We’re always the team to “wake up” a team or pitcher. Orioles are taking it to the Red Sox 4-0 in Fenway. Flaherty with his 4+ era could have done 8 innings of shutout but Hinch took him off in the 7th.

I legit thought that the All Star break would have been beneficial to us but it seems we’re bad right now. I still have hope but we only have 37 games left.

  4. Well folks, looks like we’re hitting a major slump at almost the worst time of the season.

  5. Did Pena get the whole team sick? At this point, I hope that’s the reason why we are shitting the bed

  6. If anyone wants to smile at least:

We have scored a total of 5 runs in 4 games (all five came in one game) and have somehow not lost a single game of our 1.5 lead

  7. So what are we complaining about today, this weak lineup or the pitching excluding Chas? Chas looked quite good, got his first strikeout today so that’s pretty awesome and got to lower his ERA.

  8. Baseball is fuckin wierd. Only the Brewers have a better record against teams over .500 than we do

  9. Chas has pitched in back to back games and 3 of the last 5 games. He’s getting more consistent playing time as a RP than he is as a position player.

  10. If we only still had AJ…… still don’t forgive him for taking out Greinke in game 7 in 2019, but he really has done something in Detroit

  11. As someone pointed out the other day, this is just flat out a bad offense. You can blame the injuries, but it is what it is. The bottom 3rd is horrible. Cam Smith is fried and Jesus Sanchez is a low iq ball player. I don’t think Jesus belongs on a playoff team. He should be out in Colorado just swinging outta his cleats every AB

  12. Everything is catching up. The pitching. These guys are coming back but they are still not 100% which is normal. The issue is that there is no one out there to eat up innings so then the bullpen is overused. Then the hitting…it’s difficult to score runs with only singles.

  13. FIRE CINTRON. Whatever he’s doing doesn’t work, hitters can strike out without him. Make a change, have zero to lose by doing it since we’re already losing with him.

Either he can’t fix the problem or he’s made it worse. Same side of a different coin.

    FIRE HIM….

  14. If you’re a lurker and your team is in the AL West, I wouldn’t be laughing at us having a meltdown lol. We’re so horrible right now but somehow are still leading the division.

  15. Go read the Mariner’s post game thread if you want a little cheer me up session. (obviously don’t comment or vote on anything)

I always find their Dooming entertaining

  16. I have always watched our games until the end, but sure came close to not doing so tonight. How are we possibly leading our division ? How could we possibly have swept the Phillies & the Blue Jays, and now can’t even score a run ? This is bordering on Twilight Zone material.
